Review of Noga Hotel, Ein Bokek (Dead Sea) ​The Noga Hotel in Ein Bokek is located in the Dead Sea hotel complex. The hotel is rated 4 stars and was reportedly renovated with a large investment. ​Indeed, the hotel lobby and the restaurant are spacious and offer views of the Dead Sea. The air conditioning system is good, and there is hot water and good water pressure. ​The service, however, is somewhat lacking. Only one receptionist was sitting at the front desk, and we were forced to wait about five minutes until he finished talking on the phone. Even then, the service was indifferent and unpleasant. ​The room is simply furnished, lacking critical necessities like body lotion and a hair dryer. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. This suggests housekeeping is not refilling them, and supervisors are not supervising. A disgrace. By 11 PM, when we discovered for refil. this, we did not want to wait and ask for refill.​The restaurant is full of employees, but the worker at the omelet station was unskilled; not a single portion didn't stick and fall apart. A genuine lack of knowledge about making an omelet—yes, I am not mistaken. The salad bowls were empty, and we waited 25 minutes for them to be refilled. ​In short, it was an unpleasant experience, a feeling of disappointment, and there is certainly no justification for the hotel's high rating. ​Furthermore, anyone planning to stay should note that the hotel hosts groups from HMOs (Health Organizations) who arrive by bus, and at the moment of their arrival, the elevators become unusable. This may not be suitable for everyone.

Wow wow wow!!!! I had no idea that Noga is such an amazing gem at the Dead Sea. We went for a 5 day passover holiday with 7 family members. Noga is a beautifull boutique hotel well designed with a modern Boho Style. *Beautifull clean rooms. *Amazing food very diversed. *Public areas are clean and well maintained. *Pools are nice and clean. *Spa is just amazing very high leveled we booked 6 treatments for our family. And the best is the staff they were truely amazing. Thank you Martin & Galina who took care of us i felt secure and serene. Thank you for the CEO Mr. Udi who came everyday to check on us . We enjoyed so much we booked 2 more stays :) תודה ענקית היה מושלם
