This was our first visit to Ensenada and we wanted to be close to shops and restaurants as well as family we were visiting. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in a warm, friendly, professional manner. The hotel looks and feels like a boutique hotel and is beautifully maintained with staff constantly cleaning. The hotel grounds were well taken care of and the lobby guest areas were decorated very nicely. Guest security was a high priority with access to the property controlled by a gated entrance manned by hotel personnel. Elevators required your room key to access floors higher than the first floor. Our room was spotless, with high quality towels and linens and serviced daily. We had great city views from our windows. A complimentary breakfast was provided daily and all of the food was freshly prepared. The staff in the breakfast area were always working to keep everything neat and clean. The Mexican coffee provided both in-room and at breakfast was excellent. We will absolutely stay at this hotel when we return to Ensenada!

Clean and large room with coffee maker and safe. The breakfast is awesome, great variety and super fresh. The gym was perfect, had all the basics. The gated monitored parking is a plus. The only negative was the room didn’t have a fridge.

Every time I go to Ensenada, this is where I stay! Love the location and very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Stay was great. The washing machine works but the dryer did not work, it took hours to dry, hopefully they get it repaired. Ask before using!
