Extended Stay America Suites - St Louis - Fenton

We stayed at the Extended Stay America in Fenton MO. The reason for our stay was that my dad was having Cataract surgery, and he had an early checkup the next morning, rather than drive 2 hours back home, and 2 hours back the next day, we decided to stay, the main reason we stayed here was they have 2-bedroom suites. We made a bad choice by staying here, BED BUG!!!! I have them and my poor 88-year-old dad has them, and we are on fixed incomes, and the treatment isn't cheap. We stayed there March 19th, 2026. I'm so mad, upset and my dad is too, the first time we have stayed in a hotel in a few years, and this happens. Nasty Ass Place!

Don’t stay on this place. We have to check out a day early due to noise. You can hear everything from the streets, people above you and beside you. We have to transfer to a different room on our first day because the room smells like vomit. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets were rough. Will not stay there again.

Staff was exceptional. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was not clean at all. The stove and countertops had dried up food on them and the outside of the refrigerator did as well. There were sometimes clothes behind the dresser in one room and there was a lid and straw behind the TV in the living area. The floors were filthy. My granddaughter took her shoes off and had brand new socks on, the bottom of her socks were black within a few seconds of walking on the floor.

The room was disgusting. Blood on blankets. Dirt smeared on walls. Pullout bed had crumbs and food. The check in area and the room itself smelled so horrible. Amanda, front desk apologized, stating she could not refund because I booked through a third party. ********** says they cannot refund, the hotel will need to refund because they already have the money. I didnt even stay. I was in and out of the property in 5 minutes trying to find somewhere clean and safe for my children to stay.

The room was so dirty. The floors were sticky and the walls were dirty. Bedding didn't look clean either.

The outside of the hotel was filthy with garbage and an abundance of dog droppings. It would seem people stay here a long time.The hotel hallways were visually dirty (walls and carpet) and there was a SOILED large Qtip on the hand sanitizer dispenser. The room appeared clean. The bed was comfy. We slept and left.

In the bathroom the paper roll was broken away from the wall. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms through the night

The receptionist was very gracious and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. The wall outlet beside the bed was smashed in, and the lamp only worked on the high setting. The bathroom door had been “fixed “very badly. There were dust bunnies on the floor of the bathroom, and the whole room smelt just off. Breakfast came with the room, and consisted of either small packets of instant oatmeal or a granola bar. On the whole, I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were neglected very bad. The microwave seemed like it was really old the kitchen was also just not well kept. The water pressure was really bad. The one room you couldn’t fully open the door unless you moved the bed. The continental breakfast was a joke it was breakfast bars and oatmeal by far the worse one ever. My family didn’t even feel safe going outside without me. My wife went to the car and there was a guy hovering watching her being creepy. I would never suggest anyone to stay there.
