Holiday Inn Express & Suites ST. LOUIS WEST - FENTON by IHG

We were checked in by the friendly and efficient Courtney, who welcomed us after a long day that ended after midnight, and got to our room and went right to sleep. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. We woke up the next morning in a clean, well-appointed room with good Wi-Fi that connected easily and stayed connected. Two free water bottles were provided, and guest services got us more throughout our 3 night stay. Fenton is a bit out of the way, but for the price savings it was worth the extra drive. We will return if Priceline wills it.

This hotel was absolutely the best medicine. It was so wonderful it's been 15 hours just relaxing and releasing. Felt so Good. Everything here was great! Thank you for taking care of me. 😘❤️🤗

5 rating primarily because of the staff service during our stay over winter storm. Each of the staff members were very helpful to guests staying over a major snowstorm, and did so cheerfully - one of the best experiences I've had with a hotel's staff. The hotel arranged for some of the staff to stay over at the hotel during the snowstorm so they could be on-site to perform their duties. Room experience, including cleanliness, was good. Location is convenient to I-44 access, but not walkable to any restaurants other than a couple of fast-food places.

The staff was very kind. We left some muffins in the fridge and I called back to the hotel and they had them at the front desk when I got there. So kind thank you

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. For a Saturday to Sunday it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
