Heritage Inn & Suites St Louis Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

No frills hotel. Breakfast was very subpar. They seemed understaffed and trash was overflowing during the breakfast rush while food was coming out burnt. The bathrooms are so small that only one person can fit in there making it hard for families with young children.

We were just staying for a night, but we loved the King suite and so did our kiddo! Clean room, friendly staff. We will be back!

Where to start. 1). Be prepared the charge a fee for incidental damage but don’t tell you until you check in 2) claimed fee was a corporate policy yet this hotel chain are franchises 3) all night long a banging in the walls not loud but enough to wake you and drive you nuts 4)toilet was clogged and overflowed had to insist on a new room in the morning. Got new room pictures show issues. 1) hair in the bathroom. 2) thermostat not working. 3) pest traps in bathroom. Never coming here again. Looked them up on St. Louis BBB. They are a B- rating. Wyndham Corporate should look into this place

Great experience. Wonderful staff, white glove clean, loved the popcorn and beverages in the evening. We stay at lots of hotels in our travels, this is one if the best. For those who complain about a cold pool, an indoor outdoor pool would be cold in the winter! The hot tub was clean and warm! Breakfast was delicious. Loved the touchiness pancake machine. The area was kept clean!

We stopped here on family vacation. I was a bit nervous because I'd never heard of this brand, but it was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fun indoor/outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful with extra blanket and pillow. Breakfast was enjoyable with pancake machine, soda machine and biscuits and gravy.

Stayed 3 nights · One-bedroom suite (Room 441) · Soccer tournament Overall: F — bottom 3 of all hotels I've stayed at globally I travel extensively and stay in hotels around the world. This property ranks among the worst I've ever encountered. The only reasons I was here at all were a soccer tournament with mandatory stay-to-play requirements — so take that context as you will, but the problems were real regardless of price expectations. Location Right off the highway — convenient if you need a fast in-and-out stop, and arguably the property's only genuine selling point. Atmosphere The hotel is old, musty, and badly in need of renovation. It hasn't aged gracefully. Rooms Room 441 (one-bedroom suite) was stale-smelling with outdated AC units, not properly cleaned and a visibly stained couch. Everything felt dated and worn. Value $630 over 3 nights (~$210/night) is well overpriced for what's on offer. Even accounting for limited options near the tournament, this is hard to justify. Cleanliness F across the board. Housekeeping never visited during a three-night stay — not once. Noise level Surprisingly quiet — this and the location are the only marks in the property's favor. Service No meaningful interaction with staff during the stay — hard to rate, but the absence of housekeeping speaks for itself. Amenities Undersized gym and a dirty pool. Neither was worth using.

4.4 review.. good customer svc, rooms and bath small but functioned well. Beds a bit soft but not uncomfortable at least not for us.. pillows a but small and stiff but again we were tired enough not to worry... breakfast is biscuits, sausage/gravy, scrambled, bagels/breads, pancake no touch machine, (all cups wrapped), dry cereal, fresh fruits, yogurt. Ample seating, busy but manageable. Would we stay again, yes. Nice and clean w exception that a receipt and some wrapper from previous guest was left behind furniture.
