The hotel is well located and is within walking distance from Canal City and Tenjin shopping area. The complementary afternoon tea set was exquisitely prepared. I’m happy with the arrangements that for a short stay the hotel will simply replace used towels and clean out trash without a daily cleaning, it’s more eco this way.

The hotel was extremely nice and spacious! There was also free afternoon tea set that you can order which was delicious. Though for those who like sleeping early, there is a night performance nearby so earplugs might be needed

The hotel’s location very convenient for a family or business or every tourist, there are lots of delicious food surrounding this hotel, from 5-15mins and all kind of foods. Very nice location.

Stayed at the property for 2 nights, it was near to the Hakata Canal City with many restaurants and nightlife. An afternoon tea set is available once PER STAY. The room is also spacious and comes with an ironing board, a fan and even a light ring.Onsite parking is 2500 a day, park at the public carparks nearby at a lower rate. Cons: It is quite a walk from the train stations, especially during summer when the heat is crazy. The room was extremely warm and lack ventilation, the air conditioner is only able to go down to 23 degrees. They provide a fan in the room, which shows they probably know the issue, appreciate the gesture but it still gets really warm in summer. Also found a piece of plastic packaging on the floor when we checked in, but overall quite clean.

The location is very covenient, so I could hear people yelling near 7-11 at night. The hotel is very new and clean and the view is amazing.

It’s been our favorite hotel in Fukuoka because of location, cost, and spacious room, and now with afternoon tea service, it’s even better!
