The hotel has a Lot of activities for enjoy and you do not need to go out , the rooms are a little bit old , but clean and have good space for all the family and my dog , many accessories for the dog .. excellent service for the manager Kevin , the hot springs of the hotel are amazing!!

到店當日是媽媽的生日，感謝lucky的費心安排和酒店的精心佈置，媽媽很驚喜很開心，當天發了朋友圈，説是最難忘的生日！離店前一天酒店還特意問第二天需不需要延遲退房。對了，酒店位置特別好，樓下就是小鎮，走兩分鐘就是各種遊樂項目，強烈推薦！有機會還會再來的！

房間很寬敞，每個房間都有陽台，獨立衞生間，B1樓大堂和早餐，一樓直接去小鎮，入住還送纜車、温泉等權益。温泉沒時間了，坐了纜車到山頂，風景很不錯，遠眺長白山，拍照打卡都出片。第一天晚上還碰上了活動，看到了煙花，很有意思。酒店門口還有共享電動車，在小鎮裏遊玩特別方便。酒店的小哥哥小姐姐服務都很好，歡迎水果也美味，拖家帶口的話，非常合適。

住的兩室一廳的套房，房間很大，設施齊全，入住體驗很棒。可以使用錦華度假酒店的游泳池和公共娛樂設施，贈送的一頓自助晚餐也是在度假酒店用餐。度假村裡有好幾家酒店，這家位置挺好，去水上樂園、温泉、遊玩項目和商業街都很方便。早餐還算豐富。房間裏晚上可以看到山上亮燈的巨型奧迪logo及滑道，夜景很漂亮。

當初選擇錦華套房就是因為它面積大，帶大孩子加床能夠不太擁擠，做過攻略也知道這個酒店有多差，但是還是沒有想象中的震驚。1、服務，辦理入住有三個服務員，全程木着臉沒有服務笑容（三個人都沒有），加床+早飯居然要400元（早飯不值100元，吃的太少太少），三個服務員最後仍然把權益裏面的化粧品給落下忘給我。2、酒店走廊就充滿了衰敗的味道，房間一如網上評價的那麼差，開裂的地板，廚房枱面有蜘蛛，陽台更差，最不能忍受的床品-枕頭，任何500元以上的酒店都不會那麼臟，把眼鏡摘了隨便睡吧，洗澡水一直流出到廁所地，無語。3、權益衹排上纜車，其餘要麼關閉，要麼人多排不上。最後總結一下，1500元的酒店，大家要麼摘掉眼鏡隨便住住，要麼乾脆換個便宜的酒店，如果大家想入住就降低預期。最後説一句第二天搬到郝力克酒店，簡直好的不得了，再也不想回頭看到錦華套房了。（照片自動美顏，失真嚴重）

房間整潔乾淨、空氣清新。服務人員熱情、周到。早餐也是沒得説，精緻、種類齊全，十分優秀。贈送的權益孩子、大人也都很喜歡，非常的好。園內的小火車和擺渡車也很到位。離天池西景區也很近，出行方便。總之，非常優秀，還會再來的。
