Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

Best Comfort Inn I have stayed at. I was expecting small bathrooms and a property in need of remodeling. The opposite was true here.

Customer service:When we arrived at night, we were greeted super quick by Will. Who was amazing 100% of the time. I had the fuse go out a few times due to my flat Iron, the fixed it quick. Cleanliness- Spotless, as soon as we walked in the room it smelled nice, not a single thing out of place. Even the tub in the bathroom was so clean it looked new. Another lady who stayed on a different floor even pointed out that this is the nicest hotel she stayed at. Breakfast- Egg, potatoes , bacon or sausage, waffle maker. They also had a red velvet option. Parking was easy. Wall art-literally a 3 minute drive.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites was very enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly, and the breakfast has a great variety to choose from. There is hot and cold beverages always available as well as cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and stores.

This is by far the nicest comfort inn I have ever stayed at. The staff was great. The hotel was was very clean. The breakfast was awesome. Great location as well.

Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base. Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls.

All good. I was surprised there is only one elevator which was out of service for a very short time but everything else was great.

This hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast offerings were among the best I have experienced in decades of travel. Bathroom amenities were great except for the very low toilets. The sheets were luxurious but the beds were awful. Three of us had increasingly bad backs following a night on their squishy mattresses.

They need to upgrade the air-conditioners and the bathrooms especially the toilets. They are very old and low. Surprised some people have not complained about this

The ONLY place I will stay again when in Nashville area! Beyond 5 stars! Well done
