Quality Inn Gallatin-Nashville Metro

Quality inn in Gallatin tn has always been my go to choice! There always so very friendly and welcoming, I had to relocate June 6th and I had no where to stay so I came here…where I always chose to stay when I came down to visit family and friends and they was more then willing to help me out and fix any issues that happened with a smile on there face! They go above and beyond customer service they treat you like family here and they always remember who you are and most people don’t remember you but they do! The rooms are always clean and shiney with the best crew to help clean and provide fresh towels everyday! I always tip my cleaning crew for that when I can! I love quality inn and will always support and choose them!

So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken crock pot, 3 biscuits left just terrible. We ended up eating out. The place is overall in bad shape, needs paint job, needs cleaning. And perhaps it’s an Indian family that runs the place. Do not stay here, you will regret it.

We stayed here because they accepted pets. Our 2 dogs are crated. We were not told of what the additional fees were when we reserved the room. We were also not told we couldn’t leave them unattended even though they were crated. It looks like an older motel and it wasn’t kept up well. Most of the staff were nice, save one person. Won’t be staying there next visit to Gallatin

The staff was wonderful as always and the have an excellent breakfast to get your day going

Room was in need of an update. Room door didn't seal tightly. It was okay for a short stay. Breakfast buffet had a large selection. All staff were friendly.

The room was cool. Shower was hot and lasted a long time. Clean room. TV didn't work.

Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. Great location and a great price! Rooms could have been cleaner. Comforter/blanket had multiple stains and is the first thing you see. Shower had plenty of hot water but could've used some spackle and new paint. Overall...it was a good value for the price paid.

I had to change rooms because the bathroom ceiling light did not work. The entire property is unkept and in need of maintenance. The second room I was placed in the Tv didn’t work. That was rectified. Toilet ran all the time. The hot breakfast was inedible. Luckily they had bananas and oranges. Overall I would never recommend this property.

Motel had no water for a big part of the night. The phone did not work in our room. Wake up call that was asked for at the front desk came to my cell phone an hour late. The room smelled bad. Was supposed to be in non-smoking room
