nice hotel, quiet location, kind staff, hotel is not vey new but is comfortable

Great breakfast included in stay. Nice clean rooms and nice facilities. Excellent location with optimal proximity to dining and shopping. Located just SW of Tulsa, just off major hwy 75, only a short drive to anywhere in Tulsa.

Disappointed with the room we were given. We were expecting 2 queen beds & they were both only full size. Our son in law couldn’t shower because he needed a bathroom with a walk in shower which was what we were expecting & instead it was a bathtub. Our sheets had a yellow mess color to them so we didn’t even sleep under the covers. Disappointing after a 17 hour drive from Virginia. The staff were polite & pleasant and there was plenty to eat at breakfast. Next time we’ll shop around better. Our room was $228, a high price to pay for a disappointment.

I stopped for one night after a long day of driving. It was a relief to find a clean place to stay that felt safe. Easy parking, friendly check-in, hot shower, clean room. I’d recommend.

I paid extra to get the Jetter tub room. But I am a germophobe and I kept on thinking that there was germs left up inside the Jets so I didn’t get to use it. I’m sure it was just me. But the place looked great. There was a few signs that it was older, but for the most part, it looked really great. The food was good. I don’t think there’s enough room in the dining area to dine, especially for the weekends. Hopefully the price is right for my next stay next yr. Mother’s Day wkend.

First night I got there, there were ants in my room. It was just a few, so I just left it alone and killed them… Next night there was a whole lot more, they were crawling on the headboard of the bed!!! I called room service, and they said that they couldn’t do anything because maintenance had left for the day, and they didn’t have a key for the maintenance room. That night I had to sleep far away from the headboard, so that I wouldn’t get ants on me. They were unable to get me another room because the hotel was filled up. The facility itself was nice, and the people were nice, but not accommodating to the situation. I recorded the ants crawling, on my headboard, on video…

When we booked our room, we specifically booked it because of a third member of the family coming with us so the hide-a-bed couch was a must. There were no bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go back to the desk and request it, to which they handed me a clear bag with the sheets, comforter and pillow in it. Also, the room’s bathroom door would close but not latch. That was annoying. Lastly, there were two rolls of toilet paper both of which were over half used. Luckily, we brought our own. The third floor hall creaked like it was an old hard wood floor under the carpet. It’s a shame to pay today’s prices and get this kind of value. The young lady at the desk when we checked in was very courteous and helpful.

Room in need of repair. Bed very comfortable. Housekeeping occasionally not cleaning room.
