Great hotel with a beautiful view—perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons! The room was clean and comfortable. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, so you’ll need to hike up, but the view is definitely worth it!

The hotel is located on a rather hilly side of the downtown, so get prepared to walk upside with your lugguage when checking in. But the view from the rooftop was great. The room is also cozy and staff are incredibly helpful. Really appreciated that.

Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast selection was good and available from 8:30-10:30 every morning. Reception was friendly and available to answer questions and provide information regarding tours/activities. The hotel is located up a hill which is about a ten minute walk from the center of town. Excellent view of the hot air balloons every day from the top of the hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's a real cave hotel with amazing location (high up on a hill) for the best views of the town and in the morning for the balloons. Room was clean, amenities and breakfast great, but the service was top notch. Run and staffed by the sweetest, nicest and most hospitable staff who would made you feel most welcome and will try their best to cater to your requests, especially the staff on night and dawn duty.

It was a very satisfying experience.
Even though I arrived late at night, I was able to check in early.
The room was clean and the service was excellent.
I'd like to use it again when I come here.
