My flight had a stopover in DFW airport. I made sure to book a hotel close to the airport so my family and I can rest before we go back to the airport and depart at some ungodly hour. The hotel is close to the airport so you will hear airplanes arriving and departing throughout the night. Other than that, it is a solid hotel. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a nice perk. It is clean. It was very lively. Other guests we spoke to also enjoyed this hotel. Great job and Go Birds.

Excellent overnight stay after long flight from Australia.Pickup shuttle excellent. Dinner and breakfast very good and all staff were great.

I arrived at midnight and called the hotel for the shuttle at around 12:45 am may 21st and they said they would send a shuttle to pick me at e34 location on the ground level st terminal e. Waited and called again at 110am and no one at the hotel picked up. I them asked trip.com customer service to help me as my next flight was at 710am I had very little time to rest. They didnt get ahold of the hotel staff till after 2am and then st 2:30am they finally said they would send a shuttle and they said i never contacted them all lies i asked for a refund as I left the area because it was useless to check in the hotel at this point and they denied my refund. Worst hotel ever ans I will continue to file complaints with the hyatt company against the gm

We had a last minute delay in Dallas and chose the Hyatt regency! It was quick convenient and didn’t feel like a hassle.

The Hyatt Regency has a great location next to DFW terminal C. They have a shuttle bus to take people to the other terminals. It does get noisy from people in the hallway. However, it was clean and comfortable.

It was ok , poor value as very expensive
Given a disabled room - bit weird but clean
Lot of construction going on so impossible to sleep past 7am
Housekeeping far to eager to get in 8 am and 9 am
I mean please check out is 12 !!!!
