The beds were hard to sleep on. My husband and I finally flipped it the mattress. Made a little better for the last night. Rooms were very clean otherwise.

The hotel smelled very bad. Like food cooking. The room smelled of a strong bleach smell. The bed was as hard as a rock. Literally. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns all over the country. The roof wasnt even red!! Very disappointing!

The third room we saw was clean and they gave us a free upgrade. The breakfast was ok. No meat until the weekend. Signs of wear and tear everywhere. You get what you pay for here.

Clean rooms, but we didn't have hot water on an 18° F day for at least 4hours. They didn't have an estimate of when it would be back.

At about 4:30 AM a bunch of rowdy juveniles began running up and down the corridor screaming and yelling. lasted 10-15 minutes. Very loud and annoying! No I did not call the desk, I kept thinking and hoping it would end.

I reserved the room online w/Travelocity that gave the option to pay at the hotel when you arrive and we "won't charge your card now" and they charged my card anyways. BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Smoking was allowed in front of hotel which smelled of nicotine in the lobby. Bathroom was tiny and bathroom door was in terrible condition. Beds are very hard.
