Holiday Inn Express & Suites GREENFIELD by IHG

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable…but there was no coffee in the room. This is a big negative for me. I don’t want to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get coffee in the morning.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Lots of parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast.

We booked this Holiday Inn Express specifically to be well-rested — instead, we were anything but. Our room was flooded with bright light all night long due to completely non-functional room-darkening curtains. I have a photo from 2AM that shows just how bright it was inside the room — it looked like daylight. To make matters worse, the outside lights attracted moths, and the constant flickering of their shadows on the walls made it feel like something was moving around the room all night. None of us slept more than a couple of hours. I contacted the hotel multiple times after our stay to request reimbursement. One manager admitted that reimbursement might be possible, but despite three separate complaints, no one has called me back. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay, especially when we booked with the expectation of a good night’s sleep. Poor room maintenance, zero follow-through from management, and a total lack of care for guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who actually wants to rest.

We absolutely love the Holiday Inn express in Greenfield. Great location very very clean hotel. Pool area is great. Also very clean delicious breakfast highly recommend.

I found a hair in the sink in the tub on the side of the tub and it looked like the tall may need to be scrub better. I also prefer to have drapes at the windows that can completely close instead of having a see-through blind..

Clean, comfortable , easy to access. Only complaint was shower. Low pressure and hard to adjust. Entrance door is tricky. Just push extra hard to achieve a full cycle. It stops before release. Just keep pushing. It will unlatch if you keep pushing down. I recommend this unit.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable.
