設施：泳池是少見的大池，類似游泳館，水質好。健身房設施全。房間標配辦公桌，剛需。客房維護還不錯。
環境：cbd天際線+珠江比想象漂亮很多。落地窗玻璃乾淨，看日落體驗不錯。
服務：應空調問題半夜換房，期間值班經理的服務意識需要加強。行政酒廊品類不少，前台會調酒。負責客房清潔的大姐非常棒。

參加美博會的，附近酒店這家檔次最高，酒店位置很好，交通也方便，硬件設施沒方面説，升級了江景房，早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯，有免費的停車場，下次會再住，五星好評

設施：酒店設施較新，衞生各方面都挺好的！我兒子特別喜歡酒店的浴室，有🛁，而且三室分離！！做得特別好
環境：入住的樓層在33樓，視野很好，小孩子説很喜歡大大的落地窗
服務：熱情，温暖，入住的時候，有幫忙把行李搬運到房間，入住後也很關注客人的入住體驗。小孩子需要的馬桶小坐墊也能及時送過來～能用，不過有一點點壞壞的，希望酒店看到能及時更換新的就更好了。
早餐：品類豐富，芝士就有好幾種，選擇很多，水果也新鮮

記憶中應該是第一次光顧洲際。沒想到相比其它品牌不但硬件毫不遜色，服務的細緻程度反倒是超過之前住的絕大多數酒店。
“硬件”部分：酒店大堂非常豪華大氣，房間也是非常寬敞，設施也保養得挺新，一進房間就感覺非常滿意，是我喜歡的類型，同時家人也都很滿意，小朋友更是不願意出去了，就想呆在酒店😂。
“軟件”部分：入住前就加了客服中心的Demi微信，早晚都有問候有沒有需求，服務非常細緻和高效，之前即便是入住所謂的“奢華”級別的酒店，也沒這麼貼心的服務。所以作為洲際的新客户，這家酒店讓我對洲際這個品牌留下了極好的印象。
總之，非常感謝洲際，讓我和家人在這裏度過了一個很圓滿的假期，希望以後有機會成為“洲際大使”吧😄

五星級的酒店，插座和電源開關都還是挺拉胯的。
開關已經從牆面掉下來了。
洗髮水和沐浴露，使用的是大罐的，品質感一下子下來了，像連鎖酒店。
牙刷還不如連鎖的質量好。
小冰箱裏除了水，所有物品要收費，到確實顯得👀有可無了。
風景可以，看珠江夜景挺舒服。
餐廳不錯，有些特色廣州蒸點，雲吞麪推薦

酒店房間很大，位置在琶洲西邊，樓下就是保利廣場，吃飯什麼的很方便，但就是價格還是感覺有點小貴，總體來説還是不錯的，到附近開會或者參加廣交會比較推薦
