本次入住令人失望，真消費説真話，具體情況説明如下，供參考。 1. 投影設備調試不當：房間投影儀存在畫面顯示不全的問題。工作人員調試後表示無法修復，並表示“以前沒有客人用過這個功能”，隨後提出如需進一步調試則需踩踏床鋪，或建議“在窗簾上觀看”。該處理方式不專業，也未能真正解決實際問題。 2. 管家服務形同虛設：入住期間管家始終未露面，微信羣內諮詢（如藍牙音箱使用等）也未獲回覆，基本服務響應機制缺失。 3. 基本要求未獲尊重：明確表示不希望貓進入房間後，仍有兩衹貓進入並在浴巾上踩踏，涉及衞生問題。 4. 事後溝通機制存在嚴重問題：退房交還房卡時，前台提出“房費8折但需取消訂單”，表明民宿對前一晚發生的問題完全知情，卻選擇集體迴避、未在事發後或入住期間進行任何主動溝通與補救。我9點過在店內用完早餐，10點退房，民宿方以“不想打擾休息”作為未主動聯繫的理由難以成立。後續店長雖提出全免房費，但整體處理方式反映出民宿主動服務意識的嚴重缺失。客觀評價：優點：外部自然景觀良好（但真不止他家有壩陵河和滴水灘的景），旅拍攝影師不錯。缺點：房間設施陳舊，服務意識與主動溝通能力嚴重不足，管理機制有待完善。此外，本次入住期間在民宿旅拍中包含本人肖像照，如民宿後續有任何未經授權使用、公開或以此相挾的行為，本人保留依法追究其法律責任等權利。

住過他們家的諸暨養心墅和瀑布村，感覺他們這個品牌有通病：五星的價格，三星半的服務，最多兩星的房間設施維護。兩三千一晚的房費，但是酒店卻不去維護設施，到處都破破爛爛：掉漆發黴的牆和桌面，還有抬頭床的正上方天花板上貼了1張A4紙是什麼鬼，有如此簡易的遮醜嗎？？？風景沒得説，瀑布和大橋很美，價錢都給了風景吧。

真的是很好的入住體驗首先就是客服非常貼心熱情！提前打電話聯繫加微信建服務羣提前説酒店位置注意事項等等到了酒店前台的帥哥美女也超級温柔和熱情入住就送了鮮花酒店房間和餐廳環境都很好很高級。主要是餐食也很好吃！泳池拍照也是絕美很出片離開酒店還送了伴手禮真的超級暖心！以後有機會還會來入住也會推薦給朋友希望以後可以越來越好！
