SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield

The hotel itself was fine. No issues there. BUT, the problem came when we called the hotel to pick us up from the airport. We were told the shuttle ran 24 hours a day. Flight landed about 11 pm - I went to the Bonvoy app and called them from there. No answer. I called again. No answer. Super frustrated and had to call for an Uber. $25 later, we arrived at the hotel. Went inside and the man at the front desk told me I must have called the wrong number because he was there. How do you call from the corporate website and call the wrong number? Also, my phone says I called Springhill Suites, Indianapolis Airport, Plainfield) And I’m out $25.

The breakfast bar was decent. The choice of bacon could be much much better. Perhaps having a different option when staying more than 1 night would be nice. More fruit and cereal options would have been nice too.

We stayed one night while traveling thru Indiana. This hotel was clean, comfortable, conveniently located just off I-70 and close to many restaurants. We had limited interaction with staff members, but they were courteous and pleasant. Our only complaint was with the walk-in shower. It is somewhat narrow and long and you can't turn the water on without completely walking in, as there is no sliding door to allow access to the water on/off handle. Because there is no moveable door, water sprays and splashes onto the floor outside the back of the shower. It's just a very poor design. Also, the water temp started out at a moderately hot level, but seemed to cool off after a few minutes.

This hotel is very nice first time visiting and I will definitely return soon. The pool was amazing I liked the set up

Clean for most part. Breakfast was just ok. Some expired yogurt, but otherwise decent. Foot brings on wall by the bed which was odd and shower could have been cleaner. Good for the price.

It’s a fairly decent looking hotel, but the bed was not the most comfortable, the floor was cracked in the bathroom, and the lack of a shower door is annoying. It was also frustrating that after getting there at nearly 2am, the guy told me I had to wait another 30 mins to check in because the system was doing something. I wanted to get in and to my room ASAP after flying all night. Last thing I want to do is lose another minute waiting for a computer system to do its nightly check in ritual further delaying me getting to bed. I also think breakfast should be extended to at least 10:30am, and for the price is it too much to ask to have a decent coffeemaker that can do espresso or at least have some flavored syrups or creamers?

10/10. comfortable beds and room was nice. conveniently 8min from the air port. good breakfast. even has a nice bar! will definitely stay again.

Staff was so helpful, especially as we were in town for a funeral.

We visited Indianapolis to attend the Colts game. We enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites, the staff were welcoming, courteous, and helpful, and our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast each day was delicious (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal). We especially appreciated talking with the helpful gentleman who told us he retired in another area and decided to move back home to Indianapolis. The one issue we had was we stayed for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned. We had to go to the front desk and ask for rolls of toilet paper and wash cloths and towels. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
