Amazing location in a scenic area, couple of minutes walking to Volcanic Hot Springs, where you can spend the whole day enjoying relaxing baths. The staff is great, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable, Mary was very nice. It was my husband’s birthday, so we got a free room upgrade and a cake, that was really lovely. Breakfast has both European and Chinese options, so we could treat ourselves to a nice English breakfast and fresh pastries. Would love to come again!

Visited for a friend’s wedding late September. We booked a family room for kids, our son loved it! Everything from the pool, through service, breakfasts, and especially the ‘Wonder Pet World’ (photos attached) for kids was great to keep the little ones entertained. We will definitely stay again. A lovely relaxing three days and nights.

受颱風影響，臨時定的酒店，離市區很遠，沒車不建議訂。房間設施舊，號稱水上樂園也就是一個臟臟的大型充氣滑梯。温泉因為天氣原因衹開放了一個區，10個左右泡池，不是水太冷就是太熱。除了服務還行，其他都不怎麼推薦。

套餐很划算，但要提前一天預約，因為各方面都合適又續住了一天，走的時候娃還哭了，捨不得走，但附近沒吃的，叫外賣也沒有幾家，樓下水上樂園7點就關門了，酒店套票裏的冰雪世界很小，不值得特別去，可以坐酒店大巴車去那邊吃東西逛街

房間面積夠大，設施維護的不錯，每天客房有送甜品，很好吃。泳池、水上樂園和温泉非常好，帶娃出行很適合。唯一需要改進的就是晚餐自助餐菜品有待提高。訂房贈送的射擊館推薦帶孩子去體驗一下，非常不錯的體驗。馮小剛電影公社沒必要去，浪費錢。

帶孩子去文昌看火箭發射回程，看到以前去住過的觀瀾湖酒店，看到價格這麼好，立刻訂！記得觀瀾湖剛開業的時候，那是一個轟動，我們過來住都是覺得很自豪的。現在帶着孩子來住，一到酒店，門口的小哥親切、熱情，嗯，還是那麼的高水平。已經快12點了，前台的小姐姐很有禮貌温柔的給辦手續，讓人覺得酒店確實很超五星，到了房間，房間很小、乾淨、地毯的厚度證明了它的星級，房間味道超好，沒有任何異味。體貼的為我們兩個大小朋友送來小朋友的洗刷、拖鞋套裝。讓人感覺很温暖，細結很到位。住了一天，到哪裡酒店人員都會微笑和你打招呼，很賓至如歸。觀瀾酒店真的是超五星的！！！
