club level is clean, and well serviced by hotel staff. towels changed daily. some stains on bedsheets first day. but these were subsequently changed by staff. service is great. however no indoor pool so swimming might be cold during winter. club level has nice afternoon tea. There is a morning and evening traffic jams, 1hr to reach airport during peak traffic jams.

Hotel is old but still decently maintained. Hotel is quite tall, rooms have a good view. Get the sea view room, you get to see the famous century bridge and the famous library in Haikou. It’s situated in Haikou cbd.

Unfortunately I got stranded in the hotel due to Typhoon Matmo, but that meant I got to explore and have the full experience of the hotel’s facilities and services. The front desk staff, Sally, was extremely in helping me with extending my stay til 6pm at no extra charge and even went further to exchange WeChat with me so I can check on updates of the weather & flight situation. The hotel is beautiful and classy but unfortunately there were a lot of locals shouting or talking loudly in the lobby and corridors of the rooms(the echoes omg). Other than that, my experience at The Langham was no lesser than fantastic!!

酒店的服務實在是太好了！一進門就有禮賓員幫忙拿行李，辦理入住的前台也非常熱情，送了我一朵粉色的玫瑰花，非常好看。酒店的服務真的很贊吶吶，熱情友好。想反饋的一點意見是，早餐可能品類有點少，我們是九點多過去用的早餐，希望有所改進。房間的衞生打掃的也很乾凈，我和朋友都玩的很開心，酒店的每一個地方都非常適合打卡拍照。會強烈推薦給身邊的朋友和家人們哦，希望下次再見吶吶。

朗廷酒店可以説是海口最好的酒店，非常的英式，大花白大理石非常漂亮，酒店前面是萬綠園，海景也不錯，邊上就是萬象城，可以逛吃逛吃。管家還給我們送了一份早餐哇哇，樓下的工地的噪音聽不到的，房間裏的設備都很好，不錯！

酒店地理位置很好，是以英倫風為主，大理石裝飾典雅高貴大方，整體設計精緻，雖然開業多年但設施設備保養依舊很好，高樓層的窗景如瓊州海峽、世紀大橋，視野很棒。前台服務態度熱情，非常好。有機會還會回來吖吖～
