優點：
- 極度乾淨、暖氣夠、寬敞
- 房間有轉告好的冰水、熱水飲水機
- 人員親切
- 棉被柔軟舒適、一人有兩套和服型泡溫泉服能穿、還有附襪子
- 餐點兩餐精緻好吃
- 私湯的熱水是不停出水不會停的，一入住就能開始泡
- 面對大自然室外泡湯，還可以聽鳥叫、晚上看星星💫
需注意：
- 在湯本需要轉搭小巴士一人200¥，自己走路會需要從湯本走路20分鐘，中間會虛偽爬很陡的山坡（杳無人煙的上山小路）
- 洗澡蓮蓬頭水柱雖是分散型但沖在皮膚上會痛
- 沒有工作人員會講英文，會需要一直Google 翻譯溝通
- 比較害羞或注重隱私的人需自行注意，私湯是在室外面對樹林，飯店遮蔽木頭隔間做得很棒了，但太害羞的人自己需斟酌

這家温泉酒店令人印象深刻！房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，温泉水質優良，浸泡後全身放鬆。服務人員態度熱情周到，細節處理得非常貼心。餐飲方面也非常出色，無論是當地特色還是精緻擺盤，都讓人讚不絕口。環境寧靜，風景優美，是個放鬆身心的好地方。期待再次光臨！

超滿意的一次入住體驗
1、私人温泉:刷新了對温泉的印象，24小時循環換水，不用擔心水是否乾淨。
2、早晚餐：傳統日式餐食，早餐懷石料理每一道都做得很用心。預訂了兩早兩晚，菜單都不重複。還可以另外單點生啤，也不貴，每杯500日元。
3、語言：雖然運營的是上了年紀的婆婆，但是有會英語的員工，交流沒問題。
4、服務：每次婆婆都送到我們坐上穿梭巴士再回去。最後臨走之前，沒有零錢坐公交，酒店主動幫忙換了零錢。

非常滿意的私湯家庭旅館，離箱根湯本站距離不遠，搭公交車幾站就到了，附近有全家和711
房間裝修略有點老舊，打掃還是乾淨衞生的。湯池的温度如果不合適可以讓店家幫忙調整，包含的早餐和晚餐懷石料理體驗一下也挺好的

Such an amazing stay! We had no idea there was such a cute town only a short walk away. The food was delicious and staff was attentive. Loved our stay here would highly recommend!!

2階に宿泊。３階の音が２３時半過ぎからドタバタと騒音が酷く眠れなかった。マンション以下のお粗末な作りだと思う。腰痛持ちの親をウッカリ常宿が取れず、こちらへ連れ、泊まってしまったが、ベッドも小さく、ソファも無く、寝具も湿気っぽく、大失敗したと思いました。それなりに高級な宿に泊まり慣れている人には満足出来ない宿と思う。二度と泊まらない。ビジネスホテル程度で満足出来る方向けと思う。食事だけは良かったのだが、接客業もイマイチだし、なぜ口コミが高評価なのかは他の方同様私にも謎。それなりに良いホテルや宿に慣れてる方にはお勧めできない宿。
