Hotel Highly Recommended This honeymoon stay was absolutely fantastic! Every moment was filled with heartwarming and touching moments, and I truly deserve high praise! The hotel was incredibly attentive to detail. Knowing we were on our honeymoon, they thoughtfully arranged leaves on the bed to spell out "Happy Wedding," a truly special and considerate gesture. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, always greeting us politely and giving way to us, creating a wonderful atmosphere. While working out at the gym, I consulted a yoga instructor about suitable exercises for my shoulder blade pain. The instructor was exceptionally helpful, providing a complimentary 15-minute professional back massage with essential oils, perfectly relieving my discomfort – such a thoughtful gesture! And most importantly, I must commend our personal butler, ISHANKA! Absolutely the best and most reliable butler I've ever encountered on my travels! Sincere, kind, and dedicated, with meticulous service. Knowing my partner's midday wake-up time, she thoughtfully planned snorkeling and surfing activities tailored to our needs, ensuring a relaxed yet efficient schedule, allowing us to enjoy our trips comfortably without any rushing. What we remember most vividly is an unexpected incident: while dining out, my partner was accidentally scratched by the cat, and the situation was urgent. ISHANKA immediately contacted a hospital for us. Despite the torrential rain and thunder outside, he stayed with us the entire time, holding an umbrella for us and communicating smoothly with the doctor. He stayed with us from 8 PM until 1 AM, providing constant comfort and support, and ensuring we received our rabies vaccination on time. He was truly incredibly responsible. Furthermore, our planned sea fishing trip on the third day was cancelled at the last minute due to impending storms and strong winds. It was confirmed that the storm was indeed raging that night, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to guest safety and his exceptional responsibility. Overall, the stay was impeccable. The environment, service, and personal care were all top-notch, and our butler, ISHANKA, was irreplaceable. Highly recommended for any traveler!

Our housekeeper, Nilanka, not only provided meticulous service and care throughout our stay, but also acted as a guide and friend, taking us to the most stunning sunsets and arranging authentic biryani and traditional Sri Lankan cuisine. His professionalism and friendliness, along with that of the rest of the hotel staff, made our trip a seamless and enjoyable one. Last but not least, Haritha is a beautiful and well-appointed hotel. I could have easily spent an entire day by the pool, constantly visited by visitors like squirrels, peacocks, and monkeys. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the beautiful Haritha Villa’s & Spa at then end of June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The venue is picturesque, clean and modern, the food is tasty and plentiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need. We travelled with a 3-month old baby and all the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. From arranging a baby cot in the room to nursing our baby while we ate, and generally just super accommodating. On arrival each villa is assigned a villa master who is your daily point of contact for all matters relating to your stay. We were assigned Lasantha and he went above and beyond to ensure we had all our needs met. In the main public area we met many of the other villa masters and they are all so friendly and accommodating. Aside from the beautiful scenery, delicious food and friendly staff, the property has an abundance of natural wildlife. We had regular visits from squirrels, monkeys, a peacock and land monitor just going about their daily business. If you are thinking of a visit to Sri Lanka, do yourself a favour and book a stay at Haritha… you won’t be disappointed.

Haritha Villas - Where to start? This was our third visit to Sri Lanka, but our first to Haritha. We arrived in Sri Lanka on the 6th May and then travelled around the central part of the country, even though we have been before there was still plenty to see and do. We met up with Ian the local Kuoni rep, who told us that we had made exceptional choices for our 7 hotel stay – which we were pleased to hear, but you never know until you personally see for yourself. Along the way before we got to Haritha we had stopped at 5 different hotels. All of them were magnificent, with amazing food and first-rate hospitality, something which is heartfelt by them all. As a national Sri Lankans are always so kind and want to portray their country in the best light. This time we even had the chance to go to Yala and see the elusive leopard, which really was the highlight to any trip but there was more to come! After 12 days of travelling, so much so that our clothes just hopped back into the case on their own (I wish) we had a wonderful driver collect us from Chena Huts (a good drive of over 3 hours). He was so kind and funny, he told us about his twin daughters with such pride, it was heartbreaking to hear of one of the little girls having to work so hard to learn to walk after a bad spell of meningitis at birth, but he was very positive about her future, which was wonderful to hear. We arrived at the Haritha gate and drove up the well-maintained and beautiful jungle driveway, rounding the bend to where we were greeted by Nilanka (our Butler for the duration of our stay of 7 nights) His soft welcoming voice gave us an instant relaxed feel – he smoothly and promptly checked us in and then took us to our room. Your “Butler” takes care of everything from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, so you always feel exceptionally cared for. He wouldn’t even let us carry our small bags. When we walked from the Spa entrance and could see the view, pool and dining room, you just said WOW – it is amazing – the whole country is so beautiful, but this was just next level. Nilanka, walked us through the lush luxurious greenery to the very private and romantic gateway to one of the seven villas – number 4 the Myna suite is very private based at the far side, so very quiet and peaceful As soon as we opened the gate you are greeted with more lush jungle greenery, where there is so much wildlife which you can watch as you sit on the lounger or whilst resting in the very welcoming private pool. We opened the door to a specious and well-maintained room, with loads of clothing storage and a separate toilet and shower. We dropped our bags and then sat outside in the spacious area which had both a sofa, chair and dining table. Nilanka gave us a welcoming foot spa which was done with such care. We then swapped numbers on whatsapp, where you can make contact with him if you should need any help whatsoever. We upgraded to half board as we had no intention of leaving this oasi

Easy 2hr drive from the Airport. Arrived in a glorious jungle heaven. Birds, wild peacocks, monkeys, all keeping their distance but creating much amusement during meal times in the trees. Very clean, efficient rooms. Butler service exceptional. Very private with a deep pool. Everything was available at anytime of the day. No set meal times. Being May there were some rain but whether in bed or sitting in the searing areas it was glorious. Excursions galore I wouldn’t normally join but loved every bit. I took suggestions from my butler who was with me the whole time on our trips. I highly recommend this. Don’t forget the garden tour! Oh and the cooking class!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful property. The villa was spectacular, very private, and surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the jungle, which made the experience truly unique and relaxing. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was experiencing nature so closely and watching the animals around the property — it felt very special and unforgettable. The hospitality and overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely had a wonderful time. As a suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience, it would be great to consider having a nail spa service and a small swimming suits/beachwear shop within the property or nearby for guests’ convenience. A very special thanks as well to our butler, Aseela, for his exceptional service, attentiveness, and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even more memorable. Thank you once again for the lovely stay, and we look forward to visiting again. Best regards, Zainab
