Hong Kong Kingho Inn (Jordan Station Exit B1)

Cleanliness: 5/5 room is clean and nice Location: 5/5 so many establishments around, just 2-3 minutes walk Service: 4/5 the listed address here is different to where we stayed (building across the street) we were so confused and tired finding it and wasn't even notified about this set up Amenities: 4/5 the towels were given on our 2nd day, there were available toothbrush, body wash and shampoo. There was also small cups and plates but no utensils Overall: 4/5 the stress given during check in was not good tbh, the bed is stiff and there was only 1 pillow each, the room is old but it's okay, swing for the ac is not working or non-existent, I was left clinging to the duvet as ac was just blowing all air to me. Location is still good since after the lift in MTR, you'll just turn left and that's the building. The "do not disturb" sign was also not honored, someone was going inside the room when we're not there, nothing was stolen but we prefer for the room not be opened when we're outside Good price for the location

Acceptable stay. Check in was rather challenging as it was QR code format and I was directed to my room in another building off the listed address but it was due to my late checkin. only used as transit accomodation so it was ok. Unfortunately the tv was broken

Do not stay here. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The only redeeming qualities were the price and the location — everything else was a genuine ordeal. Straight off the bat, the shower was leaking, and there were cockroaches in the room. The WIFI died on last two days and never came back. After just two days, housekeeping stopped providing towels altogether. Most of the power sockets didn't work — including the USB ports — which made charging anything a daily struggle. The safety issues were what really got to me. The corridor was so narrow it was permanently blocked with other guests' suitcases, and I genuinely didn't know how I'd get out if there had been a fire. Only one lift was working in the entire building, and it was so small it could barely fit five people — let alone anyone with luggage. I ended up waiting or taking the stairs most of the time. Even the bathroom layout was badly thought out: the toilet was crammed right against the wall and the shower's glass panel, so you had to sit sideways just to use it. Between the hygiene issues, the broken infrastructure, and the fire-safety concerns, this was a genuinely stressful stay rather than a relaxing one. I would not recommend this to anyone, and I won't be returning.
