Prudential Hotel

Although it's an older hotel, it's really clean, which is the most important thing, and the location is great too!

The location is great, the room is quite spacious, and breakfast met my needs. However, the soundproofing in the room is terrible. There's a connecting door to the next room, and when the neighbors argue, it sounds like they're right in your bathroom.

An established hotel with a great location. There's a shopping mall and a subway station right below it, and plenty of dining options nearby. It's an older 5-star hotel, and the service is excellent in all aspects!

This is my second stay at this hotel. I booked it again because my first experience was great, but this time, the service was terrible. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, with absolutely no sense of service – it felt like I owed them something. Speechless. The room was just so-so as well. I can't give a good review this time.

The king room is decent. I stay here often. It's convenient for shopping and there are many cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafes) nearby. I frequently stay here for business trips and leisure. It's close to Temple Street, and within a few minutes' walk across the road, you'll find Yue Hwa Chinese Products. There are also a few jewelry stores nearby. If you exit the hotel and turn left, then walk straight for about 5 minutes, you'll reach Miramar Shopping Centre...

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. What pleasantly surprised me most was the excellent soundproofing; I could enjoy a peaceful rest even in a bustling area. I will definitely choose Hengfeng Hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied! The location is very convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. It's also not far from Mong Kok. The cleaning service is great, they clean daily. The only minor point is that the hotel mattress is a bit too soft for my liking.
