Great location and very friendly service. The hotel is clean, but the facilities are quite dated and could really use some modernization.

Our family stayed at Embassy Suites for over six weeks after water damage at our home, and we honestly couldn’t have landed in a better place. From the start, Jaylen (J-A-Y-L-E-N) and Steph (S-T-E-P-H) went above and beyond. They made us feel welcomed and cared for every step of the way…greeting us every time we walked in, helping us with room changes, and showing incredible patience. They truly became friends we can’t wait to visit again. I’d also love to shout out the amazing bartenders who made my kids’ Shirley Temples each evening—a highlight they’ll never forget! The hotel was spotless, and the entire experience was smooth and memorable. Despite the challenges that brought us there, we left with no complaints and a lot of gratitude. It actually began to feel like home and was a little sad for us all when we left.. Thank you, Jaylen, Steph, and the whole team!

This hotel is very nice. It was clean. We have free breakfast. The atmosphere was comfortable. I felt safe and Paula, who was at the front desk was absolutely amazing.

Just let me log in to my netflix account. You are a hotel, not a movie theater! I spend a couple nights here with the wife. We had to take care of a few things on Friday and decided to spend the weekend in Raleigh. We were planning on hitting the flea market, farmers market and snuggling up to watch a couple movies. The front desk staff was great. They handed me a bag of snacks and bottled water. I do have hilton status so I'm not sure if the is for everybody or just us fancy, important folks... (who have status through a credit card, not from actually earning it!! HAHA!!) I was given a room on the top floor that had more complimentary snacks inside. And I mean, they really made sure I wouldn't get hungry!! I had chips, nuts, microwavable popcorn, candy bars, soda, water, juice, etc. The room was good. It wasn't the newest room I've stayed in but it was modern and clean without too much wear and tear. My only real problem was that I've gotten used to hotel TVs allowing me to sign in to my netflix, prime, hulu accounts, etc. Not this place. Nope, they offer cable TV channels or you can rent a movie or show. They do offer showtime and HBO or something along those lines. I've just gotten used to watching a movie when I want and being able to pause. You can't do that with showtime. Plus, showtime has been playing that same Star Wars movie for at least 10 years. HBO has some sports show on, I don't care about any of that. Let me log in to my own account and watch the next episode of whatever dumb show my wife has gotten me into (that I won't admit to my friends). Seriously!! I used to travel with a firestick kind of device so I could watch what I want to watch. I ended up buying one just so we could snuggle up and watch something other than that Star Wars movie on Showtime. Well guess what?!? The TV in the living room area of the suite has the HDMI ports blocked!!! They don't want me watching netflix, they either want me watching that Star Wars movie or they want me to pay $25 to see whatever movies they have available. They had some TV shows available also, but they cost $20. Some of those shows were 50 years old and STILL COST TWENTY BUCKS!! Luckily (and don't tell management about this or they will fix it) The TV in the bedroom didn't have the HDMI ports blocked. So I was able to sign in to my netflix account and watch that girly show my wife likes. (Seriously, don't tell my friends I'm watching that kind of show!!) So I will stay here again.... but mostly for the snacks, not for the Star Wars movie.

Everything was convenient, the hotel associates were helpful and friendly. The breakfast omelette station was delicious as well as the breakfast bar.
