Very nice room, plenty of space and very clean. Good amenities, the kid enjoyed the pool very much. Would recommend if in Huai’an. Would stay again

是真的必須要給五分好評的，這個五分得的實至名歸，從辦理入住速度很快，房間裝修設備都屬上乘，到客房服務熱情周到需要的物品迅速送到，贈送的商務套餐雖然是單人份但滿滿倆大袋夠倆個人吃，特別還是先炒現做口味很贊，早餐環境和品相都很滿意，接送高鐵還有接駁車，這家酒店做到硬件軟件都超級在線，滿意。

這是一個給我意外驚喜的城市，這是一間給我們一家人許多温暖的酒店。酒店新，環境優雅，房間衞生乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富口味好，離主要景點和淮安東站近，最重要的是服務人員熱情周到又貼心。臨時決定五一帶孩子們到淮安旅遊，攻略沒來得及做，辦理入住時隨口問了一句前台工作人員楚雅淮安有哪些好吃的和好玩的地方，她熱情親切，耐心細緻的發給了我許多淮安各個區的著名景點和飯店，説實話，特別的感動和感謝她，這幾天我們按着她推薦的遊玩和品嚐美食，每天都收穫滿滿。在入住的過程中，客房服務人員和餐廳服務人員也都是熱情真誠，並給孩子送上了小玩具，讓第一次來淮安的我們感覺到了家的温暖。感謝你們，感謝貴酒店帶給我們温馨舒適的入住體驗。

設施：新酒店 大堂氣派
衞生：非常好
早餐：很豐富，品質也很好，符合五星級標準
服務：很棒每個服務人員都很有禮貌，特別點贊 孫黃，服務意識強，微笑服務！
酒店叫車是個問題，離高鐵站太近也不好，都是被高鐵站的滴滴車接單，但是又被取消，我被取消了10次才有自己來接我，打車請一定提前。
但是如果去高鐵站酒店有免費車送過去的，前台問一下即可。
單人商務簡餐:我去拍了菜單但是沒去吃，可以看看圖片內容，服務員説量還是很大的，一個人吃肯定足夠，如果孩子飯量不大一大一小沒問題。

新開的，設施都挺好！
但衞生情況不咋的，在兩張床中間的地板上，居然發現了蛋殼。。
泳池態度太差了！明明是設施壞了，還睜眼説瞎話，讓小朋友不要亂動，小朋友根本沒碰過。。。開口就冤枉小朋友，真不曉得是怎麼培訓的，毫無服務理念！
