The lobby manager, Xiao Yang, was very responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. The room arranged for us was excellent, and she helped us book a private dining room. My family loved it, and I've already recommended it to friends and relatives. The breakfast was also incredibly rich and delicious. It's definitely the top choice when visiting Huaining.

The hotel is high-end and elegant, with a serene and refined environment. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; even though it's near the road, you can't hear any traffic noise. The mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard, and the pillows are perfectly shaped for neck support, so I had no trouble sleeping in a new bed. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Xu, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was spacious with a great view of the river. The hotel's gym, ping-pong room, and pool were all free to use, which was a nice bonus. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the braised eggs, vegetables, and thin noodles.

The smart features weren't comprehensive enough, but the service was decent. The only thing I couldn't understand was why the air conditioning wasn't working in 28-degree Celsius weather. The room temperature shot straight up, and even with the provided electric fan, it didn't help. Just wanted to let you know!

The rooms were clean and tidy. The service from Deputy Manager Yang Li at the front desk, the other front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the security guards was excellent, making us feel right at home.
