The hotel is very modern, looks cozy and comfortable and the rooms are appropriately spacious. We lived in a three-people room and were satisfied with our stay. The bathroom had no windows though.

1️⃣首先我們在辦理入住的時候通過圖五可知這個酒店房間是有禮物贈送的但當我們入住的時候並沒有給我們這一份禮物的並且在第二次下樓的時候酒店前台才有人提醒但是到現在退房了都沒有拿到這份禮物當然這還不是最離譜的事情最離譜的在後頭 2️⃣其次在我們入住其中一個房間的時候殘留的煙味非常重是那種一進房間就被薰得受不了的程度當即我們就給酒店前台打電話要求他們給我換房間但是他們給我説是滿房了叫他們經理上來處理然後等到他們經理上來的時候他們經理告知我們一定會把這個房間的煙味去除完全叫我們一定要放心於是我們就出去吃飯了誰知道最後回來還是煙味非常重！但沒人再給我們打電話問反饋了這裏已經很生氣了[呃R] 3️⃣另一間房呢是從圖一圖二可以看出來非常臟的很難想象一間四星級的23年開業的房間能夠臟到這種程度有種進入一個二星級酒店的感覺衞生很差很差而且也完全沒有除味就這樣還能算得上是口碑榜的酒店真是令人詫異 4️⃣而且他們的酒店在攜程平台上寫着是有暖氣六月份有雨季的呼倫貝爾還是非常冷的結果打電話問酒店前台的時候他們説他們酒店是中央空調無法開暖氣那麼我想請問了你在設施那裡寫個暖氣是搞詐騙嗎？ 5️⃣最後我們去吃酒店早餐的時候衹有簡單的炒飯還有一些蔬菜完全沒有更多的選擇我是完全沒吃飽的程度而且根本沒法吃好牛奶我喝了很明顯的是奶粉沖泡的程度完全一點奶味都沒有早餐也非常差這裏更能看出口碑榜四星級標準顯得很可笑大家真的看着避雷吧！！

第一天晚上落地呼倫貝爾，選的市區一家酒店，房間很大很寬敞，浴室乾濕分離，整個房間光線都很好，住得很舒服，因為淡季，酒店沒有包含早餐，樓下旁邊就是超市，可以去買點吃的我們到的時候是八點多，加上過年期間，整條街沒有什麼開着的餐廳，就算了燒烤外賣，很好吃買的飲料是常温的，可以打開窗凍一下到了的晚上還下小雪了❄️ 很喜歡呼倫貝爾，夏天再來

客觀的評價一下，這個酒店沒有單獨的樓，是和商務樓混用的， 1-7層，樓上是各種公司，律所，會計事務所。也沒有大堂的概念和公共設施，房間裝修算新，但質地一般，房間沒有除煙處理，明顯煙味，不讓星級酒店會區分無煙房。早餐也非常一般，農家樂水平。附近除了離歷史博物館近一些，也沒有什麼可以逛的。除非房價價格優惠，不讓沒有必要選擇，不推薦

酒店給升級了一個豪華間，房間不大不小還是比較乾淨的，熱水一直都有不用等，水壓稍微偏小一點，夠用了，從機場過來10多20分鐘，中轉方便，樓下有個中型的超市方便備路上要用的東西，停車位其實蠻多，但可能是超市的原因還是要找一會車位，大概5分鐘左右有加油站，周邊飯館也算多。

住了4個晚上，自駕來的，門口因為還有超市，停車位異常緊張，白天根本沒地方停，衹能停到較遠的馬路邊，問前台停車問題，回覆説自己去找，很無奈，停車是個問題。我每天出去玩回來以後發現房間都被打掃了一遍，也沒徵求我意見，我有個小的粉色睡衣最後找不到了，前台説沒看到，衹能不了了之我也很無奈，不知是不是保潔阿姨打掃沒了，也沒法去追查了。來自呼倫貝爾的禮物:根本沒有，退房了也沒提。綜合體驗很一般，很無奈。環境：還可以，比較安靜
