The room lighting was too dark, the reception was not hospitality for Asian, room was not sound insulation.

This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean. The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with.
Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.

The room is so comfortable, there are 2 times cleaning a day, normally in the morning once and in the evening will be offered the second time. They will offer chocolates too and it’s tasty. The concierge is very helpful also, they help us arrange skydive during our stay and the experience was so nice. Will stay here again someday.

세상에서 제일 행복하고 즐겁고, 아름다움을 느낄수있는 호텔입니다. 사랑하는 가족, 연인을 위한 공간이며, 직원분에 인사,인성 먼저 다가와주는 서비스 등등 모든것이 완벽하고 최상이며 맛있는 아침조식과 테라스에서 마시는 커피한잔은 잊지못할 순간입니다. 그리고 수영장, 키즈클럽, 테니스 코트까지 완벽하면 이용하는 순간 시간이 금방사라져요. 스위스에서 최고에 호텔입니다. (뷔르겐스톡 호텔 보다 더 편안하고 개인적으로는 더 좋았습니다.)

謝謝美麗温柔大氣的我們山東美女前台楊小姐的介紹和照顧，讓我們第一天來瑞士就享受到很好的接待和服務，房間安排得很好很安靜，休息充分，各方面很好的酒店，很愉快的住宿，留下了第一美好印象和永遠的明朗回憶，一進酒店心情一下子明朗起來。好可惜當時沒有向楊美女表示心意和感謝，但是一想到瑞士，首先想到這個美好的酒店和小楊，我們的祝福會伴隨你，願好人善良的美女一切順利，好運相伴。和灰茫茫的盧塞恩的文華東方酒店的簡陋噪音比，好想回去因特拉肯再住幾天，沒有必要專門去盧賽恩住，因特拉肯足夠好，千萬別踩雷文華東方酒店。

酒店內部裝潢華麗，英式的維多利亞風格體現在走廊的吊燈，精美的玻璃，雕刻優雅花紋的大理石柱上。花園，大廳的温室熱帶植物元素提供度假感。
位置距離因特拉肯西站和東站各10分鐘以內步行，大門前方是一大片草坪，供滑翔傘降落（滑翔傘可以掃二維碼預約）。白天可以觀賞到雲霧繚繞的艾格峯，少女峯山脈羣。去少女峯的話從因特拉肯東可以火車上山，但推薦路線是先去格林德瓦terminal站（30分鐘內），從那裡纜車上山，再走另一條線路回到因特拉肯東。
酒店配有20m室內游泳池，和幾個小泡池，以及户外泡池，和桑拿浴室這類接觸水療服務設施。但是場地並不大。室內網球場需要提前預約，可以租設備，內部環境中等水平。儘量準時到達，我們因為中午晚到了會那裡就沒有人給我們開門了。
早餐一般，感覺瑞士酒店的早餐都一般，果汁調配不好喝。房間內部設計不錯，但是窗外風景看房型及運氣，不少房間窗外角度並不對着山峯，而是對着酒店內部花園。要是為了拍陽台風景配合山景，其實有些小酒店更出片。
值得一提的是記得選對入住人數，我選的單人想要雙人入住説要收100法郎。
