未取得星標，就敢在攜程掛四星。酒店對面一個大工地。地毯都是污垢，臟得都看不下去。照片就不放上來了，免得噁心到大家。我們所有東西都留在房間的情況下，出去吃飯的功夫，服務員在我們不在的情況下居然進入我們房間送果盤，我朋友跟前台理論私隱問題。美其名曰酒店特色服務，服務員有職業操守，有特色服務入住怎麼不提前説？我們就喜歡吃你那三瓜兩棗？我呵呵，出問題你們敢保證？晚上七點多我們換了酒店住了，她們自己幫忙房費申請大半天也沒有減免。出來遊玩，搞得心情特差

地理位置一般，但是設施，衞生和服務都在這個價位無可挑剔，早餐地點幽靜不擁擠，井然有序，還有大屏幕看早間新聞。免費自助洗衣服務我也嘗試了一把，非常方便，尤其適合大熱天汗濕了一身沒有帶多的換洗衣物的時候。

很少使用攜程評價. 常年在外旅行和奔波的人什麼都能接受了. 但是這是真的第一次覺得這種事情有必要被處理..
很有理由懷疑該店評分都是刷的.
內部溝通管理比較混亂. 前台溝通不清晰.
清潔人員人員早上8點大力捶門敲錯門.
真的很絕望. 難得休息日被瘋狂捶門後的感受真的很糟.
然後前台人員引導多開房間住宿多繳費.或多開房間.
定了一個雙人間. 因為空調問題溝通不清楚.
結果付了兩件雙人間的錢給兩個人住.
幾百塊錢根本不會在意的事情.
但是真的….勸告不是當地或當地周邊地區的人不要前往.
非常特別的糟糕體驗.

原本去惠山及海瀾旅遊，為了避開人多密集的中心區，提前大半月做功課看到攜程酒店宣傳片形象選擇了這裏。原本以為性價比不錯全部因入住當晚酒店的小心機打破。根據電話總枱説是老闆認為目前天氣不適合使用空調變將中央空調系統未告知顧客的情況下關停，到早上11點房間依然不清爽才撥通總枱電話詢問，我作為消費者感到十分氣憤。後服務員説開通了，但我將房間設定16°都沒有很大改善。攜程服務態度誠懇，但息事寧人的做法不值得提倡。作為消費者，請問你們酒店還有服務底線嗎？其他客觀説早餐環境都不錯，但違背消費約定，私自剝奪消費者基本權益的做法是十分可恥和丟人的。硬件上，人為設定房間燈開不了，攜程介入後燈也好了。我還是用當然電話總枱服務員的那句話總結，不提高服務去爭取盈利，用這種下作手段，坑害消費者的做法，酒店老闆給你建議，關掉它是你最好，最解約的做法。作為最基礎的空調你都刪出，你覺得作為表面形象不錯的酒店，丟的是你們自己的臉吧。同時，江陰的旅遊形象也被打臉吧！你影響我出遊的心情，我還你這評論，不過份吧。建議準備前往入住的攜程遊客參考。
