The best aspect of this hotel was the lake view which was lovely. The breakfast was good and there weren't too many people at this time.

首先入住的時候前台小姐就表現出了很不專業服務質量 原因是我們需要禮賓服務將行李送到房間 我們到房間休息片刻後客服打來電話抱怨 説現在沒人能送行李 不知道送行李的人跑去哪裡了 …這幾句抱怨完全沒有必要對客人説 因為這是你們自己的事情 與客人無關 衹需要告知客人稍等幾分鐘就可以了 當時就覺得這個服務與我們訂酒店的花費完全不匹配 其次 前台給我們的房間與我們在平台上定的房型也是不一樣 後來才調回對的房間 再次 房間的燈光昏暗 把所有燈都打開了 還是像在黑窟窿裏一樣 不知道是燈壞了 還是本身設計就是這樣。第二天我們主動要求工作人員幫忙打掃一下房間，由於前一天是在酒店點外賣，所以有殘留的餐盒，結果工作人員就這麼放着根本沒扔甚至桌子都沒收。説到外賣，剛開始外賣小哥説酒店會幫忙送來，等了半個小時了還沒送，打電話一問酒店説現在沒人？？我請問呢、沒人你招啊，你跟客人説什麼啊？現在錢這麼好賺嗎，沒人開什麼酒店啊…

家人住在附近的人民醫院裡頭，定的附近這家酒店。然後住了幾天，感覺周圍環境還是很安靜的。嗯，風光也還不錯，服務態度也特別好。早餐的時候進到水一間的餐廳。天氣特別好的情況下可以豁然一亮的感覺真的很驚艷，而且價格也比較適合，早餐內容很豐富，選擇餘地比較大，在這裏住的還是讓人比較很舒服的。

房間設計不太合理，09號房位置不佳，內部佈局設計令人不太舒服，進門燈開關位置也不順手，一人住還行，兩人住就尷尬了。早餐品類和質量還可以，相較其他方面已經算不錯了。
