Sheraton Jiangyin Hotel

It's hard to find fault with an international 5-star chain! Two major highlights are worth mentioning: a beautiful large garden on the property, and breakfast is absolute perfection.

Facilities: Complete, but you can tell they've aged upon closer inspection. Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton Jiangyin still meets the standards of an international five-star hotel, but the details definitely show their age. Some items are due for an upgrade, and hygiene—especially around the toilet and certain corners—really needs improvement.

The hotel is right next to the Binjiang Fortress Scenic Area, closest to Huangshan Lake Park, which is within walking distance. If you want to go to E'bizi Park or see Yuanwang-2 at the Shipyard Park, it's walkable but a bit far. The executive lounge offers not only alcoholic beverages, drinks, and meals but also a good selection of books, including interesting manga like Doraemon and Detective Conan. The room was clean and tidy. Although some reviews mentioned the facilities were a bit old, they were actually quite good. Breakfast was plentiful; the xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were popular, but they were the sweet Wuxi style. There were also made-to-order omelets, which took some time to prepare, but I was lucky enough to try one, and it was delicious.

My recent stay at the Sheraton Jiangyin Hotel exceeded expectations, with a special shoutout to Cara! The check-in process was fast, and her service was warm and attentive. She proactively provided all the necessary information regarding breakfast and parking, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel's garden environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the amenities are complete. The attention to detail in their service is top-notch. Highly satisfied and strongly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. Our upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the Chinese restaurant also served delicious food. Overall, it perfectly met five-star standards. A big thumbs up!👍🏻

Cary at the front desk provided professional service. Communication was efficient and smooth, and she was diligent and responsible. She was patient and meticulous with our requests, responded promptly, and offered an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel parking is super convenient, directly accessible from the highway, and the charging stations are very practical. Jessica's service was attentive and thoughtful, making the overall stay very pleasant.

The experience at Sheraton Jiangyin Huangjia exceeded my expectations, especially thanks to Luna at the front desk! Even with a busy lobby, she remained incredibly kind and processed my check-in efficiently. She patiently answered all my questions about dining, florists, and transportation, and proactively offered helpful local tips. The room was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. Her genuine and thoughtful service really enhanced my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

Great location, very convenient for transport. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel even upgraded me to an executive floor room, which was very spacious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning vent in the room was a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off.
