Nicely organized hot spring hotel. Pools are mostly clean, especially outside. Decent breakfast for vegetarians. Remote location, which is good, as there are no high rise buildings around.

挖到嘉興親子游寶藏地——清池温泉酒店！帶娃來玩真的太省心了！
剛進酒店，孩子就被户外無動力樂園勾走了魂！超大草坪上滑草坡、攀爬網、蹺蹺板、鞦韆一應俱全，還有超刺激的巨型滑梯，孩子瘋跑尖叫玩得滿頭大汗，跟新認識的小夥伴組隊探險，老母親終於能徹底解放雙手！
玩累了直接帶娃去泡温泉！室內外三十多個湯池隨便挑，帶娃首選小童戲水區，淺水池配着可愛的卡通噴水裝置，孩子套着泳圈玩得不亦樂乎。
工作人員全程超貼心，送水果、完全不用擔心服務問題。表揚工作人員程鵬翰，送了好吃的冰豆花，第二天想去買一份可惜沒擺攤了。吃自助早餐時女兒把牛奶打翻了，清潔阿姨立刻過來幫忙清理，還安慰孩子沒關係。
周邊景點也超方便，離烏鎮、南湖都很近。真心推薦給所有帶娃家庭，一站式解決遛娃和放鬆需求。
唯一不足的是衞生間的杯子杯口上居然有小番茄的皮，也不知道是哪一批的客人留下的，竟然都還在。地面也不是很乾凈。

偏僻，設施老舊。五一期間入住的2號樓，進入以為是進了九十年代的招待所。酒店除了大堂那邊很氣派，進去空間狹小，衞生間更是小的可憐。和圖片差距比較大。早餐還行，百分之六十都是老年人。這種房型平時團建會務應該不超200。

早餐窗外風景可以，可能時間點不對菜品不太多。
建議對行李多的客人提供送行李到房間服務。特別是分到住2號樓的客人。

親子房間，一張榻榻米，一張大床4-5人家庭夠住。很多小童遊樂場，適合帶娃出行。草坪、自助燒烤、小羊、兔子都是小朋友喜歡的。温泉區域也很大，室外落葉難免都會有

設施：酒店內有好幾個小童遊玩的地方，遛娃放電好去處
衞生：房間乾淨，自帶私湯都是温泉水直接接入的，贊
環境：酒店環境是蘇式園林風格，拍照也很出片，還有個大草坪
服務：服務從入住前台，打掃房間阿姨，用餐服務員都很熱情
很棒的一次入住體驗，下次可以帶長者一起來玩
