Best hotel in Kaifeng for holidays and a good choice if on business. Hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of a wetland park. Hotel has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel including pool, gym, kids play area and gym.

大概是開封最高規格的酒店，在一個大濕地公園裡，從大堂走到園區大門要十分鐘，不過酒店提供免費的擺渡電瓶車，這點非常好評👍 對旅遊來説位置也非常方便，出園區後走兩三分鐘就能到萬歲山和清明上河園。前台幫忙升級了豪華房，帶一個小陽台，環境相當好。下次來開封還會選擇它（^ ^）

酒店環境很好，在一個濕地公園裡邊，距離清明上河園和萬歲山都很近。酒店有擺渡車可以接送，前台和保潔人員服務熱情，房間很乾凈舒適。酒店自帶小童樂園，游泳池和健身房。游泳池淺水池温度適合小朋友。早餐和晚餐吃的酒店自助，非常豐富。

非常喜歡，離清明上河園很近，酒店是在濕地公園裡麪，非常漂亮。服務也很好。雖然不是新的酒店但是設施維護很好。酒店有自己養的孔雀～早餐非常新鮮。從酒店出門有接駁車到門口，很方便。總之就是很滿意，如果下次來開封還會來這裏～

環境很好，服務也挺好，游泳池健身房沒去體驗，不過廁所設計可能欠合理因為有人上廁所或洗澡的話那麼洗手枱就不能同時使用了。中餐廳可能偏貴但是食材味道不錯，灌湯包等居然是酒店裡最好吃。

酒店一看就是大手筆建的，據説耗資十億，但房間總數也就兩百多間。很多設計可圈可點，在濕地公園裡就是得天獨厚的條件，又離清明上河園和萬歲山都非常近。可以説是開封的首選酒店。整體硬件非常好，但也有一些可提升的空間，酒店提供自行車可在園區騎行，但是我母親騎的時候車鏈子掉下來了，胳膊有點擦傷，不嚴重，去換車子的時候服務人員還問是不是換檔導致的掉鏈子，但這個時候不是應該第一時間詢問是否受傷，需不需要消毒嗎？後期希望對自行車定期檢查保養，否則就有安全隱患。其次我們的房間噪音非常大，關了空調依然有很大的低頻噪音難以入睡，半夜和前台反應後，前台反應非常迅速，幫我換到了很安靜的房間，也表示了歉意，特別好！但是換的這個房間早起又發現沒有熱水，但快要退房了也就沒再反應，另外就是有個窗簾快掉下來了（2612）所以這些細節希望後期酒店進一步完善。瑕不掩瑜，還是非常希望酒店可以進一步完善更多細節，再來開封的話還會考慮選擇你們，期待看到你們的改變！
