The Trees, Kandy was our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. We were welcomed by staff with tea and beautiful lotus flowers. The pool provides fantastic view of Kandy. It’s a shame that our stay coincided with the crowds for the sacred exposition of the tooth relic of Lord Buddha, otherwise we would have enjoyed our stay more. There were a few times staff did forget our orders at breakfast and at the bar, but other than than, thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

設施：設施整體很新，在這一片區域應該是比較好的。頂樓有無邊泳池，看小鎮景色很棒。
衞生：整體都很乾凈，效率也比較高
環境:離kandy的觀景台很近
服務：入住效率高，服務人員很友善，有小猴子在陽台上還主動叫我看

酒店設施都很新，酒店環境也挺好的，但是熱水給的感受影響太差了，洗了幾分鐘熱水就沒了，等了五六分鐘後來了一兩分鐘熱水才洗完，感覺和他們的熱水供應系統有關係，這個體驗真的太差了

Lovely modern hotel, nice rooms and a great pool with a view over kandy. The welcome was very nice and they made every effort to check us in slightly early. Cons: The general theme is that the staff are SLOW. This goes for every single staff member we interacted with unfortunately. Took ages to bring our bags to our room (45mins), so I went to get them to then have them attempt to grab them off me. Sometimes it is just easier to do it yourself. Restaurant - we were going to stay in the hotel for the evening so went down to the restaurant. One server, flies everywhere, no offer to seat us and no atmosphere whatsoever. We ended up going out to a nearby restaurant (hideout, i’d recommend) and when we got back bumped back into a family at the bar that didn’t finish their meal until after we had gone out, had food and came back. Breakfast - I have no idea what they were doing here. They had to bring everyone a glass for their juice, everyone had to ask for tea or coffee and it all took so so long. We had finished breakfast by the time they remembered to serve tea and coffee. Also all the food that appeared to be in heated containers was all cold. Who liked cold baked beans? 🤢
