超五星體驗！深夜抵達仍被暖心服務感動，特別感謝小中的貼心照顧 由於行程安排，我們深夜11點才抵達酒店，原本擔心太晚無法享受温泉，但小中凌晨1點半仍為我們放好了温泉水！疲憊的旅途後泡進暖暖的私湯，小中的熱情完全超出了我們的預期，真正體現了“以客為先”的服務精神！ 酒店的環境也無可挑剔 唯一的不足是手電筒沒有電 因為深夜停了一次電 洗手液用完了沒有及時換新 加濕器電源線不在 但是仍然非常值得推薦

温泉水有點淺了，水質還不錯，泡瞭解乏，通暢。
房間服務員勤快，私湯放水當面打掃，消毒後才防水。早餐九宮格數量稍欠。
私湯房間沒有電視，設計有瑕疵。
希望酒店服務更加細緻周到就更好了。

從新都橋回來住了一晚，感覺服務整體温馨有温度，沒有過分熱情，很舒服。小哥入住和退宿的時候都幫我們搬行李，態度很好。公共温泉和私湯都有硫磺的味道，泡着挺舒服。推薦～

酒店處處細節設計感滿滿，過了停車場的橋就將煩惱隔絕在外。
因安排樓層有施工還給我們換了房間
住了很多温泉酒店，是目前唯一一家放水之前還有消毒的，真的很棒👍

首先服務很差，從進酒店開始拿行李都不主動，辦理入住也不專業，也不提前告知酒店的一些情況，房間的衞生也沒打掃乾淨，説是加了一個管家，那就更不靠譜了，指望幫忙拿點重東西去郵寄，因為不讓快遞人員進來，衹有自己拿到門口，管家説太忙了，我已經提前和管家説了，太忙了那是你自己的管理問題。餐廳相對於來説服務還可以，我也是住過幾次松贊酒店的，那個服務不能比，比松贊差的不是一丁半點。松贊都是主動服務，這邊就是那種冷冰冰的，走的也是也沒人幫忙拿行李，本來訂的住兩天的，最後直接改一天，不值2999的價格啊，走啦！以後也不會再見啦！

房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊備，銀輝房型對於下雨的秋天來説已非常合適。
室內湯泉38-41°C不等，舒適寬敞，也很保暖。
去的當天陰雨不斷，但是從停車場開始工作人員的服務意識就很在線，提供撐傘服務，每個室內出門都有雨傘提供準備給客人使用，到了高峯時間，工作人員忙於運送雨傘，自己甚至都冒雨工作，很感動。
區域內環境非常好，滿眼綠色。早餐豐盛，可外帶咖啡。
