Americas Best Value Inn Kelso

Good affordable stay. Lovely receptionist. No free breakfast as advertised but receptionist mentioned it right upon arrival.

The hotel is located in an area next to railroad tracks with regular trains moving back and forth. The noise from these trains were disturbing to sleep and rest. The hotel lacked some basic amenities which should be included in the price and this was disappointing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when another guest was creating a ruckus in the room next door. Standard fast food franchises were available a short distance from the hotel.

The room was pretty old and needed some updating, but it was quiet and the staff was friendly

Super disgusting. Sheets were still dirty. The manager wouldn't even think about coming up and changing them. We had a lot of stuff that we just put in our room before we went and looked at the beds. So we made the bed ourselves. There's no free breakfast. The rooms are super gross. Holes in the bed spreads. Wouldn't even shower in there!

Room was dirty. Hole in wall. Windows didn't lock. Over all dirty. Splattered substance on bathroom and sink walls.

Queen single - a nice little room, convenient with mini fridge and a big microwave. Also had a little dining table and chairs. 24hr check in & late checkout at noon was great! Good coffee, and courteous staff who helped me bring my items upstairs because there is no elevator.

This place is awesome. The water pressure is great, and hot water is hot. The rooms are spacious, and the location is central. It's very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place could use some upgrades. However, the room rate is highly economical. I would rather have economical than upgrades.
