**Great Stay in the Heart of KL**
I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Center and had an excellent experience overall.
**Cleanliness: 5/5**
One of the standout features of this hotel is its impeccable cleanliness. The room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, well-sanitized surfaces, and a pristine bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining high standards throughout my stay. The common areas, including the lobby and hallways, were equally well-maintained and tidy.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur's attractions. It's within walking distance of shopping areas and local eateries, and the public transportation connections are convenient.
**Room & Amenities:**
The room was comfortable and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The bathroom had good water pressure and complimentary toiletries.

Four point Sheraton KLCC was lovely.
It was our daughter's birthday trip and we travelled with kids and elderly. They kindly accommodated our request for a connecting room and also arranged for a cake to be sent for my daughter.
We loved that the kids club and pool slides were supervised.
Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. Everything was amazing the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and the kids loved the pool and family facilities. The breakfast buffet had great variety and the food was delicious.
It’s truly a perfect place for families to relax and enjoy quality time together. We’ll definitely come back again! ❤️🏖️

Clean rooms and good amenities, the hotel has a kids’ club, swimming pool, and playground, which are great for families. Only downside — the pool was too crowded during the public holiday.

This hotel was voted as a top family hotel, but honestly, my experience was far from it. We booked during the school holidays and had to wait in a long queue just to check in. The room we originally booked wasn’t available, but we accepted a different one, and they only offered a drink as compensation.
The swimming pool is shared with the Renaissance Hotel, and it was super crowded — felt more like a “pasar malam” than a relaxing pool. The pool area is used at your own risk, and I really wonder why, with two hotels sharing the same pool, it’s so hard to place at least one staff member there to monitor safety.
I actually fell in the park area, and it was a horrible experience. Some people nearby tried to call for help, but it took so long for hotel staff to arrive. When they finally did, they didn’t even bring a first aid kit. I had to request ice myself. Thankfully, the staff who stayed with me did their best and even considered calling an ambulance — I truly appreciate their effort.
It took me a month to write this because my hand was fractured from the fall, and honestly, I still have a bit of phobia from that day.
The breakfast situation wasn’t great either. You have to queue again, and it seems like they’re not prepared to handle large groups, especially during peak or school holiday seasons.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I won’t be coming back again.
