Résidence New Rochelle

We attempted to check in during the reception open hours as stated in the listing information. Nobody was there. An out of hours number was on the desk so we attempted to call it multiple times. Called the number listed on ******* multiple times. Sent messages. I have still had zero response over a week later. Had to book with another hotel 30 mins drive away. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Very small and no one in the reception The sofa bed was broken The room for one person not for 3 adults It’s terrible

Arrived from Spain where we’d stayed in a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and spacious. Arrived here to find the room far from acceptable for a family of 3!! Looked like a small single room that they’d added a pathetic kitchen area as you entered, bathroom was small and grubby and the lounge living area had a double bed and a single bed, no room to move. Our 13 year old stated what my wife and I were thinking that we were not spending one night here let along 5!! Returned to the reception wheee the English speaking girl called her apparently non English speaking manager who turned out to be the most arrogant and vile person I e ever encountered! Her English speaking assistant may have claimed she was non conversant in English but the woman certainly knew English swear words. My wife explained that we’d booked a family apartment and were given a filthy single room with two beds in it! We were told they’d nothing else and took one nights payment from us! When we sat in their reception area this vile manager stood their with her arms crossed and her assistant asked why we were still sitting there, my wife replied that she was looking on the internet that we’d paid for to find accommodation for the night, this animal then grabbed my wife’s phone, throwing it outside, then when my wife went to retrieve it she pushed her out of the door. Avoid this horrible run down filthy hotel, the French seem to like it but their hygiene standards are very low.

Great location. A bit overpriced for simple standart studio.
