Such great attitude from the moment you enter until check out. I loved this hotel and actually wish I had come back to spend the rest of my trip here, I am not much of a nature girl, but I needed to relax, so it was pleasant to stay somewhere where gekos can’t get into your room.
The room was spacious and elegant, loved the Jo Malone products they smelled good.
The bath and shower was clean and this a rare thing to find in Malaysia, I felt so comfortable staying here. The bed soft for a good nights rest after laying in the heat by the pool.
I’ve read a lot of reviews complaining about the location, but it was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of towns.
Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the music played by the pianist. I also enjoyed the little treats brought pool side for us to enjoy.
I read a lot of books and had a lazy time, all the staff was lovely and pleasant.
The only downside is that the pool closes at 7 pm, the weather is still hot into the night and a night swim is perfect. The beach is good to swim and perfect sunset pics can be taken on the white sandy beach.
It was a lovely stay, thank you for welcoming me as a solo traveler a safe and comfortable resting place.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Each corner of the hotel is so beautiful and it's also extremely clean. Staff are amazing; friendly and well trained. Can't wait to come back!

What a lovely stay. Perfect for a quiet and zen retreat. Would have loved to see more complementary services for the price we pay. The breakfast is magnificent and with amazing quality products

Stunning view. The private beach is right outside the villa with very few people. Very good service no matter at the poolside, restaurant or room. In-villa breakfast available. Food is very good. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing place for kids! Everyone was so personable and hospitable and my 9yo felt comfortable wandering around the hotel on her own (especially as staff made the effort to learn her name!). She was so happy she wrote a thank you card to Creamy - guest relations extraordinaire :).
The kids amenities are super cute and roti canai breakfast super yummy. The Peranakan restaurant super delicious and beautiful too!
