The Grandview at Las Vegas

My family stayed at The Grandview at Las Vegas for the first time, and we booked through Trip.com. We had a great experience. It was an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend arriving early and, when you check in around 4:00 PM, asking for a room in one of the buildings near the swimming pool. You can enjoy a very nice view. We especially liked that the bathroom and toilet/shower area were separate. Having a full kitchen and living room was also very convenient and made our stay much more comfortable. The special deal we received through Trip.com was also a great value. The hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from the Las Vegas *****, which was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The Grandview is my primary getaway. This is a property for people who are familiar with Las Vegas, and prefer the condo experience over the crampy feel of the traditional Vegas hotel room. I’m someone who males most the food I eat, so the kitchen is essential to my Las Vegas stays. The views of this hotel are very underrated, and the size of the room is just what I need for week long adventures in and around greater Las Vegas. If I could make any recommendations to the hotel it would be to try and do a semi-annual dusting, vacuuming under the bed, in the corners of the rooms, behind objects, and in the vents, like bathroom vents and any other crevices. The rooms tend to be heavy with dust, but this is not irregular in Vegas or anywhere else. But the rooms could use at least an annual deep clean. On the surface, it’s fine the way it is. But when you’re in your room for over 5 days, you start to notice how many things are getting missed. I wouod encourage the property to take some deep cleaning and dusting procedures a little more seriously going forward as dust layers are starting to form from years of neglect. Overall, this is still a highly rated hotel imo. Free parking and the pool is top class imo. 8.5+

I have to be honest I am not thrilled with the new changes I was honest about the things I like and new policies are rubbing me the wrong way I will give it a chance but I will keep posting about my experience

This is the most beautiful place for families and couples It is so wonderful

It was wonderful staying here. I felt like royalty. Everything was given and accounted for. This is for anyone who truly wants to explore old Vegas. Try it. It does not disappoint.

The Jasmine Building #8 was great very clean had all I needed. Great location next door to Southpointe ******. Away from all the madness but not to far away from the *****. Smiths market down the street

We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities, the pool area, and how nice and functional the room was

After being given two different rooms because both were dirty, we left the hotel at 11 pm to look for somewhere else to stay, because we felt uneasy and disgusted about staying there. The worst experience I've ever had.

Hotel gave me the runaround about canceling my reservations. Kept my money without me staying there. The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. Mold in corners and old food left in floor. I checked out early. Did not want to leave with any bugs or bites on me.
