I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The service was outstanding, and the facilities were well maintained. The location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely come back again!

My experience with this hotel was generally positive. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and everything else was fine. However, there was one issue that I was not happy with. I specifically booked a Bellagio view room with two queen beds for four guests because I wanted to make sure everyone would have a proper bed to sleep in, even though it cost more. When I arrived, I was given a room with one king bed instead. The hotel provided an extra rollaway bed, which meant one person still had to sleep on the sofa. They told me that if I wanted to switch to the room type I originally booked, I would need to go down to the front desk the next day between noon and 4 PM to request a room change. I found this very inconvenient because I was on vacation and out enjoying my day. I did not want to interrupt my plans and rush back to the hotel just to change rooms. What I don’t understand is why I had to stay in a king room and then switch later when I had already booked and paid for a room with two queen beds for all four nights. If I selected and paid extra for that room type, it should have been reserved and available upon arrival. After the trip, I contacted Trip.com regarding this issue. I was very pleased that they handled the situation quickly and resolved it as soon as possible.
