Hyatt Place Leeds

Excellent welcome from Ann at reception. She provided helpful information about local attractions. I even received a complimentary chocolate. No security deposit was required. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped (TV, hairdryer, kettle, mini-fridge, safe), with comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning. Good water pressure in the bathroom. No parking available. There's a gym and a rooftop bar & restaurant. Free late check-out was a bonus. The city center is just a few minutes' walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, new, and the 1.8-meter bed was incredibly comfortable. The fridge was a lifesaver in the summer. The location is perfect, right next to the train station; you can walk from the side exit and be at the hotel in just five or six minutes without needing to go around. There are also several supermarkets nearby, making it super convenient for food and shopping. For the price, it's quite affordable even by Chinese standards. The only downside was the electric towel rack, which was quite dirty. I hope the hotel addresses this.

The location was great, and the hotel was very clean and lovely. The staff were also kind and friendly, making me, a Japanese person who doesn't speak English, feel comfortable during my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Leeds.

The hotel is brand new, and the room is incredibly spacious with no unpleasant odors. The smart climate control kept the temperature very comfortable. The bed was soft and the window was large, which really helped me shake off the fatigue from staying in some super old hotels in France. I definitely want to come back again!
