Ramada by Wyndham Leeds East

The hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name . The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4" gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood . The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it . It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

The receptionist who was a long tall lady was very rude and irresponsible. I was given a room with disables bathroom and I asked her to change it but she said this is what it is. She didn't even try to change my room. I also asked her to refill my shampoo and body wash, they had left a bottle in the bathroom and I refilled it. That was crazy!

Did the job, low cost but all feels a bit run down. Room didn’t feel clean and fresh. Not very professional service - waiting at empty desk then unsure on whether parking validated or not.

Not bad for. The price a little tatty in places and the hall carpets need replacing

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

Absolutely brilliant hotel just off the motorway and situation at the services with a great selection of places to eat including Nandos, GDK, McDonalds and others. The rooms are clean, comfortable and everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Added bonus of a small gym on the first floor as well as free overnight parking.

It was amazing to spend time, because it was really clean and friendly staff . I really liked it.

My 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC. Will come again!
