The staff were very kind and helpful. Please note that cleaning is by request. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of vegetables, fruits, and bread. The shower water pressure was also good.

The hotel was super convenient, very close to the station, and within walking distance to all the tourist spots. It was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. Housekeeping was every three days, but they would come clean if requested. However, they only provided water once at the beginning, which was a bit disappointing 😢. On the bright side, there was a coffee machine, and the coffee was delicious.

I stayed for 11 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The location right next to Leiden Central Station is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to travel to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht. It was also just a few minutes' walk to the Old Town, making it a perfect location.

The room was a bit small, but the location was convenient. I'd give it a reluctant good review.

The room was clean. If you're staying for several days and need housekeeping, you have to book it with the front desk a day in advance.

The location right next to the train station is super convenient for getting to and from the airport or other cities. However, the room facilities are basic, and there isn't even a fridge.
