The location is great, in a building right outside the train station. We arrived a little after 12 PM, and were told it wasn't check-in time yet. They said we'd have to pay 25 euros for early check-in, so we figured we'd just wait in the lobby. About an hour later, a different staff member called us over to check in. The central AC in the room probably isn't very good, as they also had a portable AC unit. It was a bit noisy, but it did a decent job cooling the room.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times for multiple days (this time 8 days) and there’s no customer recognition system or the likes. At least, a ‘welcome back’ would be nice. The staff are friendly, but not always the fastest, especially front desk. It feels like most of them are part-timers. The rooms are ok and reasonably clean and the location great. However, there were a number of hooks that were just coming off the walls of our room this time. If you are sensitive to noise, I would make sure you are not alllocated a room facing the train station, especially in summer when you may want to open the windows.

The room was clean. Even though it's close to the station, I couldn't hear any train noise at all, the soundproofing on the windows was excellent.

Arrived at the hotel 2 hours earlier than 3pm booking in time and wouldn't allow us access to the room even if ready!
Accessing town centre is a bit weird as you have to walk through the central station and use a credit card for entrance and exit. No charges are made however
Signage for the hotel is too small and easy to miss. Reception is on floor 12!

Nice, spacious rooms that are about 7/10 in terms of cleanliness, but very comfortable, with a welcoming staff that’s friendly and hospitable. The location is very quiet, which I really appreciate.
