Over het algemeen tevreden. Hebben wel een avond kou geleden. De verwarming/airco was niet te regelen. 18 graden is hoe dan ook te koud om het gezellig te hebben. Ook al staat thuis de verwarming uit, op koude dagen zetten we die terug aan of airco. Men wilde wel een kacheltje op de kamer plaatsen.

Old lady in the front is HELLA RUDE, learn hospitality if you will work in hospitality, ask politely rather than immediately going to anger, we are paying guests also the night system is terrible, i was locked out for 30 minute becasue the graveyard shift guy was probably taking a nap in the back... terrible and in the cold

We stayed for one night over the weekend. This hotel is not in the centre of Leiden and bed + bfst for 2 guests at nearly 220 Euros, I thought was super expensive. Staff acted like they don’t want to be there and the rooms are old. Breakfast was nice, but would not stay again.

The young man at the desk was great upon check in. Recommended a place to eat to see the town and even called us a car and made reservations. Very appreciative towards the end of our trip when we were tired of figuring out where to eat!

Staff were very helpful and helped confirm our travel plans & gave us great ideas on things to do the internet did not provide. The food was great in the bar, such cute ambiance!

Room was big, bathroom old and the garden view is literally a parking view!
