首先，酒店很大，環境很好，他應該是一個別墅～區。贈送的温泉區的餐還不如不要帶。根本不具備接待能力，本身吃飯地方很小，跟早餐同一個地方，春節人很多，補餐也不及時。關鍵也沒什麼吃的。一個煎雞排和合成牛排排隊根本吃不上，其他熱乎的東西不多。沒有加熱裝置，大廳又冷。飯餐很快涼了 。還不如不要這樣的套餐。而且接送泡温泉，冬天晚上實在太冷了。幸虧我們自駕還可以開自己車。不過環境還是不錯的

服務很差，下訂單的時候顯示有午餐，到了餐廳不讓用餐，幾百塊錢的酒店都訂得起還在乎一個自助餐嗎？房間衞生不好，到處都是黑鵝蠅，飛得床上到處都是，跟酒店前台溝通了很多次沒有去處理

到店以後告知12點才能入住，在酒店逛了以後，吃了自助午飯，大概中午1點了，告訴我房間還沒有打掃出來我們衹能先去九保街逛，房間裝修風格一般，電視機下面的櫃子上有很多的螞蟻，900一晚的房間從我們入住到離店，沒有歡迎水果，沒有飲料（同行的朋友房間就有 ）有和前台溝通，説沒有時間送，到我們離店也沒有送來，晚上下雨有點冷，我們帶着孩子，打前台電話讓送一床被子到房間，到第二天早上都沒有送來。服務太差。入住酒店含3餐，有一點很不滿意就是，晚餐5:30左右入住酒店客人和遊客泡澡的餐廳是一起的，五一來泡澡的遊客很多，好像聽説衹是到酒店泡澡的也含自助餐，飯點時間餐廳爆滿，純屬瘋狂搶菜，！還沒有座位！讓住店客户體驗感非常不好。心情大打折扣對了，第二天早上起來大腿長了很多疙瘩，不知是不是一樓比較潮濕，床上發現了2隻螞蟻。服務不行，需要改善的太多了……

還可以吧…一般般酒店的窗簾設計不合理，衹能全開或者全關，不能開一半，導致出去温泉池的門打開非常不方便。
