服務：服務是挺好的！
環境：周圍環境還可以，綠化挺多的！
衞生：衞生就很一般，在温泉裏泡的時候有看到水裡小紅蟲，嚇死了！水質很差
設施：房間真的很老舊，太差了，這麼多年至少更新下設備

已經是第二次入住了，之前去年12月份入住就感覺非常不錯。這次與家人一行4人再次入住，感覺依然温馨、寧靜、舒適 。房間乾淨衞生整潔，對有潔癖的人來説無可挑剔。前台小姐姐熱情好客。晚間服務員送上熱熱的鮮奶，感覺周到細緻入微。酒店的温泉泡池很多，水質優良，個個泡池清澈見底。泳池水温始終保持30º左右，是游泳愛好者的優選。總之，到了梁河，金塔大酒店就是不二的選擇。

過年期間一家人去的，房間很大，加了個床也不覺擁擠，房間整體很舒適。温泉區設計不錯。工作人員很熱情。可惜第二天下雨，不然一大早去泡肯定也很舒服。

雖然設施有着年頭，但是服務很好。住的很放鬆，服務員都很友好。温泉很好，白天去基本沒人，刷房卡即可進。露天泳池是温水，人也不多。對面就是塔。

房間還行，不是特別大，有自己的停車場，早餐豐富，有當地特色小吃，温泉有十幾個，不同温度，可以選擇，温泉內的服務人員，態度非常好，介紹温泉的種類，送水，送蚊香，值得表揚，
