In May, we booked a hotel and payed 315Eur for 1x night. Unfortunately my husband got an extreme back pain, so we called the hotel and the manager told us we can come another time. So we decided to come in September, we even phoned the hotel to make sure this payed room is still valid. The hotel manager ensured us and told us that she remembers the situation, so we are more than welcome to come and use that already paid room. So, after the check out, she told us we have to pay again 230Eur, and she told us we have to talk to the Booking, and it has got nothing to do with her and the hotel. In the end, we payed 550Eur for 1 night, no breakfast. We will make an official complaint against the hotel and inform the inspection and the police!! Stay away!!!

I Had a lovely stay for 7 days on business, relaxing and the staff are all great and welcoming. I came during rainy days but will definitely come back with my family in the summer as the beach is close by and very tempting. The rooms are big and clean. Food is outstanding and every night they have a new menu with a great atmosphere.

Das Greif war sicher einmal eine der ersten Adressen am Platz. Heute lebt dieses Haus von seinem Ruf, dem es aber leider nicht gerecht wird. Dir Zimmer sind sehr klein und eine Erneuerung der Einrichtung (Stil der 80er) wäre angebracht. WC und Dusche in einem Raum und Geruchsbelästigung sind leider ebenfalls zu bemängeln. Steckdosen zum Laden der heutzutage übliche Geräte sind nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und die Abendgestaltung mit Live-Musik ist ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend.

Seit über 40 Jahren kommen wir immer wieder mal in dieses Hotel. Es wird laufend saniert, verbessert, alles ist immer wieder top. Nette Leute an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, in der Bar. Man kommt an und fühlt sich einfach wohl, wie zu Hause!

Klassisches Hotel mit viel altem Charme. Wir hatten das Glück eines Upgrade auf ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer, wahrscheinlich als Entschädigung für das geschlossene Restaurant und das eher einfachere Frühstück, da wir fast die einziges Gäste waren. Tolle Lage jedenfalls und schön renovierte Zimmer. Sehr gastfreundliches Personal. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles top, sehr strandnah, auch super mit hund. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Geschäfte sind auch gleich sehr nahe. Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar nicht direkt beim hotel, aber gleich zu erreichen.

Sono stata benissimo! Ho trascorso tre splendidi giorni in questo meraviglioso hotel, situato in un’oasi di tranquillità e circondato da un giardino curatissimo, a due passi dal mare. La direttrice e tutto il personale sono stati accoglienti e gentili, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Camere spaziose e pulite, colazione e cena di buona qualità. L'Hotel Greif si distingue per la grande professionalità e la cortesia di tutto il personale, soprattutto del personale della reception! La posizione è molto tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. Inoltre, la piscina e lo spazio verde adiacente sono una vera rarità che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Anche il cibo è di ottima qualità, completando così un’esperienza davvero piacevole.
