Holiday Inn Express & Suites N. MYRTLE BEACH-LITTLE RIVER by IHG

I received superior service from all staff here. If you can, reserve a room that overlooks the marina because the view is beautiful and relaxing. Next door is a great restaurant and gift shop. The hotel is right on Hwy 17 and it’s very easy to get to the attractions in North Myrtle. The pool and dining area overlook the marina.

Room floors are so dirty and sticky my clean feet and socks only lasted seconds. Checkin was two hours past checkin time while they "cleaned" the room. Pillows are flat and old. Pool is empty and out of order with no signs of being functional in the near future. Construction next door starts at 6:30 am. Breakfast lady was very nice and helpful. Staff is friendly, but they are doing the best they can. Good location on the harbor walkway with marina views. Next door to good restaurant. Would not stay again.

Rewards Club member since 1992 and I've never had a worse experience. We specifically asked not to be put in a pet room/ pet floor and were placed there anyway. Dog started barking across the hall at 5:30 AM and front desk clerk was powerless to stop it. The barking went on for 30+ minutes. Beer cans littered about the front part of property. All-in-all -a dreadful experience.

The rooms are nice could use an upgrade and need the coffee machines. The pool was ok breakfast was great. The area is very will kept. The view is phenomenal the buffet has plenty of options. Lynn made my family feel right at home. My grandson dropped his milk and was upset Lynn cleaned the spill and brought him another cup of milk and gently explained that mistakes happen and gave him a high five. That made my entire day because my grandson is autistic and Lynn stopped what she was doing to ensure he was ok. The staff is very helpful and kind. Pet friendly is a plus.

Very clean room and very friendly staff. Air worked fantastic too! All too often, the air is not great in rooms elsewhere. Pleasant experience!

I have always liked IHG/Holiday Inn Express. Always clean, good beds, nice staff…BUT, after my stay last night, I will NOT endorse this particular site. There was a Tournament in the Myrtle Beach area this weekend and they upped their nightly rate to $300+ per night. When I questioned WHY, I was informed that was the Saturday charge!!! Baloney!!! They took advantage of the fact that families were staying there for the tournament!! I checked other Saturdays and the Saturday rates were $179. What a poor and selfish way to do business!!! I was there alone and just SLEPT THERE!!! The families, I’m sure were there for the weekend. To take advantage of such a situation is disgraceful!! Despicable and GREEDY!!! I’ve lost my desire to support this business!!

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was low water pressure in shower. But other than that everything was good.

It was good. It is not as good as it used to be. Night clerk could work on her customer service. Overall was a pleasant experience

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We will stay here again!
